Went to return a tree i bought last Spring because it was diseased and never grew right. The return lady said no because i was a few weeks past 1 year. Im out $40 dollars. Not big deal but I spent over $15,000 with lowes last year. Thats their choice to not let me exchange the tree but this year it will be my choice to spend my $15,000 with Home Depot and Menards.

Talk with the manager John on the phone to get help with a pick up order that was sent to the wrong place. We talked to him for about 5 min as he assessed the situation. After our initial call he told us he would make some calls to see what he could figure out. He called us back in 5 mins and told us he had taken care of our problem and got our orders moved to the correct store. He was very polite and worked very quickly to resolve our issue, his customer service is at a level all businesses should strive for thanks again John

Came in looking for schedule 20 3” sewer pipe and couplings. They had lots of pipe but no coupling pieces. Asked and employee for help and they were not helpful at all. Ended up going to Ace down the street and they had someone at the door waiting to help and all of the pipe and couplers. Will probably go directly to ace next time.

I love Lowes. Great prices on plants and mulch and a lot in stock. I went to other local nurseries and the price was half the cost for the same product at Lowes. I definitely appreciate the lower cost and still the same good quality as anywhere else. Also I have a year warranty on the flowers I bought. I will recommend Lowes for all hone needs.

It had been a while since I've been to Lowe's and things have changed around was looking for furnace filters looking at the end caps for what's in the aisles and thanks to Greg he pointed out that was right in front of my face thank you for your service have a blessed day
