The eye exam office is a joke. You can’t schedule online even tho there’s a perfectly good button for it. Even if you call in and schedule an appt they won’t have it scheduled. This is the second time I’ve gone in for an eye exam and there’s been no appt. I called on Wednesday spoke with a lady named Brenda and set an eye exam for Friday at 12(today 6 mins ago) and the office told me there’s no appt and nothing they can do even tho they messed up. I told Brenda on Wednesday when she asked “would you like a phone call tomorrow to confirm or should I confirm it now” I told her to confirm it now no need for the call. Apparently that was the wrong move. I won’t be back to this lens crafters ever again. Problem solving for your customers isn’t a thing anymore I guess.

Such a great experience! I came in near closing time with four different pairs of glasses the needed adjustments. Alyssa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and she was a pleasure to talk to. I will be returning when it’s time for an exam and new glasses because of this experience. Thank you, Alyssa. You are an asset!

10/10 highest recommendation! I've trusted Dr. Ned Rosengarten with my eyes for years. He's friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and good at explaining things.
So about the new glasses... I found the frames I wanted online and LensCrafters doesn't carry them. No problem! Megan (spelling?) special ordered them and they arrived faster than promised... Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Friday. They explained what discounts were offered and the lens choices, too. Megan was careful to adjust everything to my comfort. I am very pleased with the quality communication and knowledge of the staff here. I would recommend them to anyone!
