Numerous click list pickups where we received other items from someone else's order or molded produce items missing we were still charged for i could continue by why waste anymore time with this krogers than I already have I'll go to Hebron krogers or go to Giant eagle in Heath before coming back to this kroger

I am 81 yrs old & use the Web site to order my groceries for pick-up. They usually have everything I order & the young people who bring them out to me are courteous, wear masks & know what they are doing. Prices are comparable to many other stores.

My wife used the bathroom there today and the toilet paper holder is broke off the wall. She said it has been like this for two weeks now. Not sure what the delay is. First sign of management decline in a retail store is lack of attention to customer areas. If those are bad I wonder what the areas you can’t see are like.

They messed up my daughter's 16th birthday cake. It was supposed to be decorated with a small road, as we were going to put a toy car on it. The entire top was black with black lettering. The GM didn't apologize, said that's what was ordered because that's what was written on the order form, and gave me no options. I asked for two small tubes of gel icing as I was buying another cake and was going to write on it myself, and his response was, 'I'm not just going to give that to you' as if I asked for the cake for free also. I've worked in customer service my entire career, and I would never respond that way to ANYONE. Totally inexcusable, and unprofessional behavior. Hire better people!

Be careful buying gift cards marked $10It's "clearly" marked $10x4, but in my hurry to get in/out, I thought I was buying a $10 gift card. I noticed the $40 charge as she rang it in and asked to have it taken off. Apparently that's not something they can/will do. Luckily I had just enough money to pay for my order. What was the option had I not had the money to pay for it??? I didn't want a confrontation so I paid and left.Just be more careful than I was this morning.

Old produce and outdated food being picked for curb side pick up. On November 15 I got a $29.99 lamb roast that expired October 5! That makes $40 of rotten food on the last 2 orders. I have shopped here since 1993 but never again. Kroger needs to realize there are other stores in town and they are failing. F-

My concern is for cashiers not wearing mask. I mean like home made mask as I not other mask are hard to get . I heard that they are not allowed to wear them. Please let them wear them to help protect us as customers and them too . Thank you

Picked up my first click list order today and was highly impressed with the whole process. Super easy and in-n-out of the parking lot within 10 minutes. Thanks Kroger!
