Ive been here 3 times. The 1st time everyone was rude and it took 30 minutes for a script they had 2 days but it was the end of the day - free pass. The 2nd time they had my script for 24 hours when i showed up almost 2 hours before close. They told me it wasn't ready yet and feel free to wait. I sat for almost 45 minutes before a different lady asked me what I was waiting for. After explaining she said oh well we won't be able to fill that tonight were closing in an hour. Get wrecked. Today is the the 3rd and last time I'll come here. I went through the drive through at 430 yesterday. They told me my script would be ready at 530. I asked if i could come back first thing tomorrow? The lady said they open at 8am and it will be ready. I showed up this morning at 8:02 google time and the lady playing with a stapler said she would be with me when they open at 8. Sigh. She got my credentials and informed me it wouldn't be ready until 530 today! If i wanted to sit and wait they would see what they could do. This place is trash. The people working here are trash.

Everyone is PHENOMENAL here! I've been going here for the past 7 years and I will never go anywhere else! I've had no medication insurance for the past 3years and they do everything in their power to get me the very best price they can.

Called Kroger because they left a automated voice mail that a prescription of mine was ready to be refilled didn’t say which refill so I called them this morning they was very RUDE and said it was a courtesy call and I would have to see what prescription needed refilled because they didn’t know which one needed refilled well there was no refill that needed refilled, so how is it a courtesy call if they don’t know and I’m supposed to know, so if there is no prescription needed refilled don’t call me and when I call you don’t say” I’m not going to argue without” and than she stated if this call doesn’t help you don’t listen to it .Terrible customer service. Scale of 1 to 10 , I rate a 0

Heath Kroger Pharmacy has been great in their service. The Pharmacist has provided my family and I with exceptional quality services. He is very knowledgeable about medications and interactions and goes above and beyond most. You're expertise has been very appreciated. Thank you for your willingness to answer questions and taking your valuable time to help us. So grateful.

UPDATE: 12/28/22 - Found out why the refill request did not go through: Central Ohio Primary Care re Cherry Westgate, as a policy, does NOT honor pharmacy refill requests via fax or electronic means (unlike Licking Memorial Health Professionals who do honor those requests). I have moved the prescriptions to Nerk Kroger just for the drive through which Heath Kroger just cannot tack on to their building with out taking out the pet store.UPDATE: My Mother's prescriptions are still here. Called in a refill, the IVR/Computer said I had a refill and it would be ready next day at 4:00PM. Come in at the appointed time only to find that their computer said "no refills" and that they "faxed" the doctor's office. Called 2 days later and they claim to have not heard back from Doctor. So, their ability to manage refills is...well....suspect.ORIGINAL: If I could give them a 0, I would. NO communication with doctor office or patient. When prescription is out of stock, they say they "call" the doctor, but in reality they FAX them (who still does FAX??). Their "system" for managing prescripts, I swear, is an APPLE II GS and can't keep a recent status. RUDEST "pharmacist" in the Kroger Company. Moving all my prescriptions either to CVS (24hr service) or Gaint Beagle (drive thru).

Rude and unhelpful. They do nothing to make the process easy in customers and in fact seem to do the opposite so they won’t have to deal with people.

I think a lot of people on here get confused between Heath and Hebron. This location has no drive thru and is by the mall. They have amazing staff and provide outstanding service. ?
