If you are happy getting spam mail with fake notices from every new salesperson who walks through their door, then this is the place for you! I love it that they promise you a personalized shopping experience and then do not even have the courtesy to reach out personally. Sending cut and paste letters with "fill in the blank" name. I have asked them repeatedly to take me off of their mailing list, since I have never asked nor given authorization to receive anything from them EVER! The unsubscribe button does nothing, which is probably their intention. I will never do business with a company that abuses my right to privacy and who is probably selling my personal information to others. What does a person have to do to stope getting emails from this one star company?

John Hinderer Honda always does a fantastic job. The staff makes you feel welcomed and are full of knowledge. My service (oil change and tire rotation) was free and charged back to the dealership because I have a 2023 CR-V! I had no idea they were having a promo for new cars but it was fantastic! I will always use JHH!

I had a recall on my Honda Passport. I was told the recall ( which actually involved 3 recalls!) may take 4-6 hours! They had it finished in about 2 1/2 hours! Waiting area is restful, clean and there’s a variety of snacks and beverages. Hostess was very pleasant and courteous - as we’re all the employees!

We love John Hinderer Honda! We had such a great experience. We worked with Chris Kidd and it was a pleasure. Chris worked hard to get us both cars and keep our payments in the range we wanted them. He answered all our questions and was just a great person to be around! All the staff that we encountered while we were there were super nice and helpful. We will definitely be back in the future!

Made an appointment online for a recall. Upon my arrival, Emily the service advisor, was absolutely delightful. The waiting lodging area was very accommodating and the cookie lady was helpful and engaging. Had some paperwork to do and there was a quiet area in which to do that. Service was completed in a timely manner. I know I probably sound a little over the top here, but given the level of service I usually receive during my daily activities, this experience was truly amazing.

The recently had 2 recalls on my vehicle. The Honda shop I usually use didn’t have anyone trained to fix the recalls and didn’t know when they would so I contacted John Hinderer Honda and I am so glad I did. The service drop off is so convenient! The process was very quick. When I checked in my vehicle they knew exactly what needed done and I appreciated that a lot. I had a rental car already lined up that process was also quick and easy. I will only be using John Hinderer Honda for any future needs !!

I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. I cannot even begin to explain how horrid the customer service is here. I brought my car to this dealership over four weeks ago now because the side of my car was scraped pretty badly by a worker at my University. I had received the check from my University's insurance company and so I made an appointment to bring my car in. I brought my car in about a week later with my father, handed them my key and my check, and then left my car exactly where they told me to and then told both me and my father that we would receive a call in about 5 days as that was the amount of time it was supposed to take to fix my car according to the workers at this place. Well a week passed by and we had recieved no phone call. When I had called this place and asked when my car would be ready the woman on the phone told me they were still ordering parts for my car and never gave me an answer as to when it would be done even though I had asked her SEVERAL times... I wait a couple of days and so my dad calls and they tell my dad that they had no idea my car was even in the shop and that we had never even given them a check. At this point I am just baffled and pissed off. Now we are going to get my car out of this shop as no repairs have been made to my car even though it has been sitting there for over FOUR WEEKS NOW. If you are looking for a dealership full of stupid, lying, and lazy workers then this is the dealership for you! I am disgusted by this place and would never ever recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. This place and the workers are a joke.

I believe that dealers have a notorious reputation for trying to rip off their customers. And to be honest I was pretty anxious about purchasing a new car from here especially since I live about 1.5 hours away. However, I feel that at John Hinderer Honda, specifically, Eric Stephenson and Rick (forgot his last name) we’re overall respectful and fair. They honored a deal that I made over the phone with Eric. They were patient with answering all my questions and weren’t very pushy. And so far my new Honda Odyssey has been a very nice upgrade from the 2007 model.

Up until now service was great... purchased truck around memorial day last year, good experience... recently started having issues brought in for service and I was treated pretty good. BUT.... was informed had an issue and that they needed to contact warranty and check if it was covered. They would contact me by end of business... it was around 2pm last Tuesday. 7-11-23. Figured they could be busy no problem. Waited until Thursday around 11am to call in. I was transferred left voice mail. No response, called back Friday, transferred left voice mail left message, around 11am. Around 4pm sent email . Even since then I have left messages and sent emails but nobody has connected me about what my next steps should be regarding my vehicle if parts are being ordered. Notes say unsafe to drive and parts are bad but here it has been a week and I'm being ignored

Service was absolutely top tier. Michael was a great salesman and definitely made sure I was taken care of. He was personable and easy to talk to. I met Justin Hinderer and he was a pleasure to speak to as well. It was a great experience!

All of our experiences with John Hinderer Honda have been excellent. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Because we come from a distance, they even shuttle us to a restaurant while we wait and come back for us when we are done. They explain everything thoroughly. Their waiting area is amazing! It even has complimentary ice cream products. We are always satisfied with the service we receive. We highly recommend them.

The first hour of our visit didn’t go well but after speaking to the sales manager he got us with our fabulous salesman, Hunter Compton!! Hunter listed to what price range we were wanting to be at, he didn’t try to up sale us. He was patient and fun to work with. Would highly recommend Hunter to anyone looking for a car. Dave the sales manager and Cheryl in the finance department were also very easy and enjoyable to work with.

Overall wonderful experience. I went in on a Sunday that happened to be busier than expected. My salesman had to bounce between a few different customers and still managed to do an amazing job. Extremely polite and personable. Nobody was pushy on what to/not to get. I even got an extra test drive on the vehicle I went with! Everyone I encountered was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on-hand.

Don't ignore the reviews. Would also leave no stars if possible. Initially, the experience was great. Received my dream car. My first big purchase. A certified preowned car. I stayed past close finishing paperwork so I left in a hurry. I met my family at bob Evans, two minutes down the road, and realized I should remove the stickers from the windows so I could see better. Upon removing a big blue sticker from the windshield, it revealed significant damage that was very clearly hidden on purpose. I was also told the detailing guys had willy nilly left early that day so no one was available to detail and remove the stickers for me. I went back the next day to confront them. Dave, the sales manager, was as slimy as they come. Very clearly lying about the whole situation. Calling me a liar. Saying I did this myself. And unprofessionally raised his voice with my brother when my brother fought back saying the situation was awfully fishy. After f****** us around for an hour calling me a liar, he agreed to replace the window (all the while telling me to make sure I didn't break this one too)He was very reluctant to put it in writing that he owed us a windshield. Made me cross my heart not to leave a bad review. Which I wouldn't have, because by the end of this I did feel weirdly guilty, but I was promised to be contacted the next day and I wasn't. So I took it upon myself to contact the previous owner. Who said that he was the one that damaged the window. A rock had hit it. Exactly where the damage was. Take your business elsewhere.
