Not at all what it used to be. The clothes are for young teenagers and frumpy women. Verly limited selection. The jewelry department was disappointing. Not many affordable pieces for the average Joe, heavy selling on warranties, and the costume jewelry, outrageously overpriced, was horrific. Definitely not enough friendly, knowledgeable staff. They appeared to not want to be there.

Found what we were looking for. Took about 5 minutes. Waiting in line took about half an hour. Cashier had issues with another customer and the register. It took a long time waiting for her to call for additional assistance. Was a long line of customers. Would've been nice if additional assistance was called much earlier.

The variety of dress shirts are slim picking. Couldn't find what I needed. The store is clean, staff was helpful.

I was employed at JC Penney for 7 years.i shopped there all the time to.The quality of merchandise was ,is,and always been awesome.when I think about JC Penney it evokes great memories and good feelings.so when I got a gift for Christmas I was pleased.shop JC Penney

Was in this past weekend and Tobi was my cashier. She was kind and patient as we went through various possible phone numbers and information trying to find my rewards. She has such a sweet spirit about her and I really appreciated her great customer service. I chose not to do the jcpenney survey online as I didn't want to jump through all the hoops to leave a survey, but instead used this method for its ease of use.

Much better prices than the stores in the mall and hardly any difference in the style. I had not been inside JCPenny for years. Took my granddaughter school clothes shopping. Glad I decided to check it out.
