Got a poster mounted. Unexpected visit to the area so decided to pick it up. Did have ID but not regular work order. The girl working had a fit, saying it was "policy" and she could get fired for giving it to us without a copy of the work order receipt. Understand customers have policies as well. Our policy is to deal with stores more customer focused. To be fair, they did do good work on mounting the poster

They have a lot of variety for my craft interests, but lack of quantity was an issue for me. Still a great experience if you have time to look around. Very kind staff.

I like the selection of materials available. However, staff unavailable when I needed help in frames. No one nearby. Only 2 people on registers. Long lines, 10-14 people waiting. It's already a bit of a drive, so 15 mns more I could be at Michaels.

Great place to find just the perfect small frame for a special picture. They also have some home decor accent pieces that I haven't found elsewhere to add a special touch to your room. Of course there is many yarn choices as well as fabrics and beads to help with your creativity. This is a regular stop for me for yarn.

Stopped in to get a self healing mat and an xacto blade. Left with those things, and enough materials to start a mini diorama that I'm going to use my 3d printer to build figures to go inside. I typically shop at Joann's but the HL in Heath absolutely blows that store in the area away. It's not even a fair competition.

The staff is polite. However, I often need to remind the cashier about the discounts advertised. The check out lines are usually long.
