Rob did a great job and was very fast while still being friendly & personable. Not my first time getting a 5 star haircut here - all of the lady's have done a great job too. I've always felt like I should give a 5 star review on here, but Rob's customer service was the icing on the cake that moved me to do it. Thank you!

Was in yesterday morning, had to shave my head due to a d student's screwup... she was extremely rough with the comb and clippers.. my head still hurts.. I will never go back to any great clips after that. . I will pay the higher price at a more prestigious salon from now on.. quit hiring just to fill spots..

Checked in online before I left the house, waited maybe 5 minutes in store, haircut took about 20 minutes total. Under 20 for the cut.

Been going to Great Clips in different states for years. Their stylists tend to be hit or miss. However, I've been to 2 in the Newark/Heath area and both times I've gotten an excellent stylist. I will keep going to them

Kelsey cut my hair, and I've never loved a haircut so much!!!! My hair is perfect! I also had my children with me & the staff was soooo accommodating and so sweet to us. 10/10 recommend!

We went at a great time. I think we waited maybe 5 minutes. Rob did an awesome job, even if it was just a trim. I'm sure it would have been great, even if I had decided to go from a very long to short style.
