Prices are horribly high. It really should be illegal and termed as price gauging. For example, a used undershirt white T should not be almost $4 when you can buy 5 brand new ones for $12. They place things in category of Shirt, pant, coats to base prices, instead of pricing according to value. Every category is over priced. And their furniture ridiculously priced more than new in Big Lots!.:it’s a shame to see this. And it’s so insulting. You can go get a new item at a regular shore for cheaper than price at Goodwill. This is taking advantage of customers and also ones who donate. I quit donating at these places, and started taking stuff to Salvation Army and places who will not charge so much so people who may need can buy.Also- they turn down donations. They want people to sit there while they sort thru your donation to see if they can turn it for a huge profit…it’s starting to be the Goodwill way. If they cannot sell it for ridiculous price then they want you to take it back. So please take donations some place that people in need can get free or affordable and do not support being ripped off for any reason. They can ask for donation or rounding up, but they should not expect people to pay over value for thrifted item

High prices on pretty much everything, could be better cleaned and a bigger variety of women's jeans, t shirts and shoes. Wasn't impressed with the pricing since it's a goodwill. If people wanted to go buy new clothes it's pretty much the same price, a little cheaper on some items. This is the highest priced goodwill we've been in.

Ive been to this one a few times but the past experience is not great. Every so often I will come out from Columbus and hit all the thrift shops for fun because they tend to have a decent array of true thrift store items that I love rather than a ton of overstock items that are all the same. But this time the store was just about as busy as I've always seen it, but there were no carts whatsoever. The few people shopping had a cart each, but another lady and I were stuck waiting for someone to get done shopping for a cart. Then as we were looking around, there were at least 4 carts in view that were filled to the brim with stuff because for some reason rather than put the stuff away or keep it in the back until there is room, they would use shopping carts to hold it in the middle of an area, then didnt really seem to care that it meant there were none for customers. The lady I waited with said usually theres about 10 at the door and I said the place shouldn't have only 10 carts, then use half for stock. But I ended up walking away despite coming all the way from Columbus because I had a toddler im my arms and couldn't shop while carrying him the entire time.

If you have a bag with you, prepare for a frustrating and tiresome experience. Cashier wouldn’t let me put my bag behind the counter like other Goodwills ask me to do. Then she suspected me of thieving by accounting for every item I took in and out the fitting room. Look lady, I asked…If your cashier wants to decide to play at catch-a-thief when you tried to play by the rules, they might enforce menial rules like two-item fitting room limits when no one was there. Force you to identify your items while you are in the middle of changing. Ask chatty, probing questions (who really comes to Goodwill for a trailing attendant making small talk). And generally not let you be a down-on-your-luck person, trying to shop at a down-on-your-luck place, because they want some employee gold star. This Goodwill used to suck less. Hoping this was just a one-off experience. I do like the inventory this Goodwill has. Having three fitting rooms is also nice, when the cashier lets you actually use it without interruption. And in case my hint wasn’t strong enough, I do like being left alone when I am trying to help the store out by buying clothes.

The lady that accepts donations - dark hair - is very unprofessional. She started sorting through my large box of donations in the parking lot and throwing back into my car what she didn’t want - including two throw pillows because “you didn’t vacuum them”.

Bringing donations to this particular location is completely a pain. I took in a bunch of random kids toys and the attendants where going through the stuff right there in the parking lot refusing the Donation. I worked at a goodwill for about 4 years and never in all of my experience with different location seen something like this happen. She was extremely rude saying that they couldn't take toys that might be missing parts because they just send them overseas and wont use them at the location. I told her that was fine with me if the kids overseas can use them thats good too but she still refused so i took the Donation to the union street location with no issues.

It's very clean but I think the prices are getting just a little out of hand for a Goodwill.
