I stopped at the Heath location to get a pair of shoes. Cam and his assistant (did not catch his name) were extremely helpful in helping me find the right shoe. His knowledge of the product was excellent and they allowed me to take my name trying on different styles and sizes of the shoe. Cudos to them ! I would come back just because of their service. You don’t get that in shoe stores today. I ordered the shoe in the color I wanted and got them the next day as well!

Great experience here. Tom was very helpful in assisting me in finding a kayak seat that I saw online. He was friendly and just who I needed to solve the problem. Thank you Tom! :)

I needed a new pair of sneakers, and Jared went above and beyond to help me find the exact pair I needed! He had to get 5 different pair before I got the one that fit and felt perfect for my neuropathy and osteoarthritis. He also added inserts and compression socks that made an amazing difference. Jared was NOT pushy.. he was kind and informative. He knew so much about the products! I have NEVER had such great service and a knowledgeable person ever! I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend this young man. The other young man, Noah, was great, too! 10 out of 10 for this visit.

Issabella, Manager of store is entirely incompetent. Wasted 2 hours of my time simply because she didn't want to do her job properly. She couldn't comprehend what my foreign friend was stating to her because she instantly judged him. A manager from a separate store even stated he doesn't understand why she wouldn't complete the transaction.

I bought 2 brand new bikes for my twins both are JUNK! 1ST they don't come with kick stands and the ones they sell don't work at all! My daughter goes for a ride takes a turn and the whole stem was loose needless to say she figured out what stitches and road rash feel like super poor quality bikes and even worse quality assembly from the store if you value your loved ones make sure you check all the nuts and bolts or take it to a local bicycle shop and have them go over it better yet just buy the bike from the local shop

Skronny pale kid with blonde curly , kind of short like a buzzcut hair with a perm, was not very helpful. He would not open the fitting rooms for me. He also would not let me test try the kayaks or hold my golf tournament there. Please let him take responsibility for his poor actions.

Bought a treadmill and scheduled to have delivered. Had to take a day off. I was called 3:30 the day before scheduled delivery to be told they weren't going to deliver the treadmill that day and needed to reschedule. Not only wasted a personal day at work, now i have to use another one.
