The entire staff was helpful and incredibly understanding throughout the entire ordeal of trying to buy a car - there were some unforeseeable obstacles, and they helped us problem-solve and even held the car for over a week for us! Two of the salesmen, Jacob and Oliver, were incredible to work with. Buying a car can be stressful, but if you go here you will be well taken care of. Thanks guys!

Recently took my husband 08 tundra in for cam position sensor issues. Toyota technician replaced the wrong sensor after misdiagnosing 2 times .. cost us about 650.00 took it to a small business to see if they could figure it out. And low and behold the code it was throwing was for driver side cam position sensor not the one toyota replaced. Not to mention when we came to pick it up they had left the motor cover off and handed to my husband like oh I can go out that back on.

Bob at Coughlin Toyota was a life saver. When two other mechanics messed up My oil filter housing unit, Bob and his team were able to diagnose the real issue and fix it fast. This meant a great deal to my family as we are a military family moving to a new location. I cannot say enough about the service and friendliness of this establishment.

The service department was exceptional. I was having an issue with my car beyond normal oil changes and so on. The person who greeted me and checked me in should be teaching classes in Customer service and what that means. He actually took the time to walk out to my car and look at it with me, then explain why I was having the issues and how they could help remedy them. I believe his name was Bob Young. It is very rare that anyone makes extra effort to help people and his approach was very appreciated. Highly recommend these guys, I have been taking my car here for over a year and nothing but good things to say.

Came for a/c issues I didn't have time to fix (that I ended up having to do btw.) You guys forgot to put my fuse cover back on under the dash. Also, coincidentally, my a/c fuse was snapped in half and put back in the wrong slot. I was told a few things were wrong, but couldn't be givin any specifics because a 2011 won't give codes. Never again.

I had my 4 runner in for its first oil change last Saturday and I am displeased with how messy the tech was with my new vehicle. I received my suv back with multiple oily handprints on the doors and hood. I have never had to deal with oil all over the outside of my vehicle after an oil change from what I thought was a reputable dealership. I would think twice before getting service done here.

I'm disappointed in their service department. I purchased my 4-runner out of state but bring it the 45 min to Heath for my regular maintenance and any of my service needs. Well that is I did. The first issue I had was when my driver side door handle quit working. We took it for repairs. That very day I couldn't get my car door opened from the outside. We called the shop, and the man said something to my husband (as he laughed) oh I know what he did, then proceeded to tell my husband something about the rod and the latch and putting it on backwards. Laughing? I'm sorry I don't find the humor in it when I'm now inconvenienced by having to make another 1 1/2 round trip to Heath (we do not have a local Toyota dealer), and to top it off this was when the gas prices were sky high! But believe me, if they give you a loaner, they expect you to replace the gas you used. What about the gas you made me use with your incompetence with a simple door latch repair?I was irritated but continued to use them. Today I picked up my car after a routine maintenance tube up, along with having the transmission, coolant, and brake fluids, along with replacing the compressor for my air conditioning. This was a $1,900 job. Your Facebook page advertises a free car wash (sometimes they wash my car and sometimes they don't when it's in for routine maintenance), yet for $1,900 you couldn't even wash it!On the way home my husband and I were discussing it and we decided we are done! The car wash may seem minor, but the more we thought about it the more it comes down to being careless for us. The technician was careless when he repaired my latch, and if they should be washing the cars after a service and it's forgotten, that's being careless. Next time, they just might be careless with something that could cause more damage or even an accident when they are doing a repair. My car cost too much for them to be careless and I deserve better customer service. We have friends that use another Toyota dealership and that dealership washes and vacuums their vehicles if they go in for a simple oil change. I'm sure they would be happy to wash mine for $1,900, and I bet they could install the rod for a door latch. Next year we will be replacing my husbands Tundra and the following year my 4-runner, with Toyotas. They will not come from Coughlin. Looks like those couple careless mistakes, careless technicians, inconsiderate to the inconveniences you cause your customers, just cost you what would have been life long Toyota vehicle customers. I would drive out of state again to find my Toyota before this dealership would make a dime off of me. They clearly do not care about their customers and must not take pride in what they do! But don't worry, when I picked up my car, I made sure your loaner was on full!

Excellent customer service. This is my second vehicle from this dealership; I will return to it again.
