I went in for oil change scheduled.Presented immediately with a paper outlining that I needed a $359.00 check up. When I stated I didn't need that right now the man at service desk said well it will cost you more later.I waited over an hour for oil change charged me $109.00.Then presented me another estimate while I was waiting for brake pads and back windshield wiper with a total of $747.00.I said I'll schedule brakes for January he said I can't guarantee it will hold that long.I felt threatened that I needed right away. So I scheduled immediately.I've never had this type of service approach before.What happened to the ladies at service desk. They were always helpful.

I bought a truck here on October 9. The truck was very expensive, it is 2023 Frontier Pro 4X. I had the truck for a week when I noticed that when it rains the truck has a leak from the windshield or moonroof. I took the truck back to Coughlin Nissan on October 21. They had their water seal expert look at it and determine that the wiring harness that goes to the overhead console has too much wrap on it and has pushed the seal out. They said that they needed to prove to Nissan Corporation that it leaks and then need a repair order to fix it. I was told that they would call me to keep me up to date. They don't call at all. I have to call them. I called on Wednesday November 1 and Charlie Reece (the person who sold me the truck and the general manager) said that his windshield guy didn't make it and he would call some one else. Well now it has been 2 more days and I still haven't heard a word. They seem to be under the impression that as long as I have a used truck that they loan me things are ok. I didn't pay for a used truck and the truck I traded in is 100 times nicer than the one sitting in my driveway. It has now been 2 weeks and still no truck, but I do plan on taking the used truck back on Saturday November 4.Please don't make the same $ 49,000.00 mistake I made and buy a vehicle here. After the sale they give you the impression that they got your money and the service after the sale is not relevant. The after the sale customer service guy told my wife that things like this happen because of human error. She askedhim if it was his truck would he be happy and he had no reply for this. Charlie Reece could have had this fixed a day after they determined the cause of the leak, it is called SafeLite Auto glass.My original review was 5 stars but I no longer feel that they deserved it because of the attitude, total lack of communication, and the impression I get that they just don't care. I will do another post after this issue is resolved.

Took over 1 hr for oil change. I was charged 96.47 for oil change I will not be bringing the truck back for service . I will find a new dealership to service the truck. Buckeye Honda or Toyota charge 59.95 for oil change they will take care of the truck .

This was my first visit to Coughlin Nissan dealership in Heth Ohio. Everyone was very helpful & friendly. The vehicle that I was interested in was ready for me to test drive.After the test drive the sales associate was very helpful & polite answering any questions about the car. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere & felt absolutely no pressure to purchase the vehicle. That being said I was at the dealership for awhile & then proceeded with my offer for the vehicle. Afterwards when we both agreed on a price we made a dealThere was absolutely no pressure while all of this was going on. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend this dealership. You will not be disappointed.

The windows were left down and the car was parked outside in a downpour. The floor mats were filled with water and the mats were soaked.They did detail the car in response, but threw the floor mats in the trunk wet on top of other items. Due to the temperature outside being so hot, the car then started to smell. We had to air it out when we got home.

Work was performed fine but the wait was ridiculous. I wouldn’t have even been upset if I were give updates or been notified that it was taking longer than the hour I was told it would. Ended up being here for almost three hours for an oil change and recalled harness replacement. Was told they would call me to schedule new tires but never have not have I been called about scheduling a fix for my leaking sunroof.

Staff we extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. David made sure to ask questions to get us the right vehicle for our needs. I will be visiting again in the future.

Great, no hassle experience buying a vehicle here. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, there was no pressure and I was very satisfied with my interactions with everyone I encountered. I have bought 2 vehicles here in the past 4 months, and highly recommend Coughlin Nissan.

I bought my son a new car. There was no reduction in the advertised price. There was a promised $500 bonus for recent college grads but we were denied this since my son does not have a job (he is returning to school for another degree).Initially we were provided the incorrect financing terms but it was corrected upon my questioning it.Though this was the third time we have purchased a car from Coughlin Nissan I was surprised that we were not treated with just a bit more accommodatingly. While our experience was a positive one, we were not WOW'd.

I had the best experience! My sales representative was absolutely AMAZING. He was not pushy, he was informative, and gave me my realistic options. There was no beating around the bush. I love his honesty and appreciated his customer service. The financial peice of my order was excellent . We had a couple bumps in the road but they communicated with me in a timely manner through the whole ordeal. They were GREAT! My whole experience was fantastic, I already told my husband he will be going there in the next year or two to upgrade his truck. We will be dealing with Coughlin going forward!

Oil change and tire rotation on my 22 Frontier. Service was fast. Had a concern about my warped wiper cowl which should be covered under warranty but advisor said it's not an issue? Not sure about where the water is going when it gets under the cowl. Might have to remove it myself to look. I have seen it is a common concern online with the new Frontier. No car wash.
