I can not say enough positive things about my experience buying a new vehicle today. My salesman, Austin was completely transparent and gave me all the information I requested quickly! Jaime in finance was also exceptional.It felt like I had been friends with both for years, it was a great time and I highly recommend working with both Austin and Jaime for any Hyundai purchases!

Typical car dealer story - drove an hour to look at a used vehicle over the weekend, worked with friendly and accommodating people to arrange for an inspection of it (that I was going to pay for) just to be sure of its condition prior to purchase. They ended up selling it to another party a day after. Now, sure, I could have been more aggressive, but assurances and accommodations offered by dealers I guess should be taken with a grain of salt. I understand now they would prefer to sell a used car to an unsuspecting buyer vs an educated one...

*Please read if buying new car*Your Hyundai will only be worked on if the check engine light is lighted on your dash. If the light goes out, they will not work on it.It can take well over 5 days to have your car seen. Which means a check engine code will probably clear if your issue is just intermittent.Your Hyundai phone app will hound you your car is broken. They cannot/will not use the codes stored in the app. They are the same codes in your cars computer."The service manager told me just drive it over when the light comes on" Which then if you are in town it is at least an hour out of you day. Just so they can see the code. If you travel for work its impossible.It works out in the manufactures favor that you will struggle to get your car repaired.Its going on 3 months to have the vehicle repaired.I really like my Hyundai. However getting it repaired is beyond painful and frustrating. Other brands are not like this. I have owned many new cars and never had repair issues like this.I could just drop the car off and say its making a sound and they would fix it.

10 months ago my 2015 Hyundai sonata sport 2.0 broke down so I brought it here to be fixed. The initial issue was the turbo went out. My warranty covered over $3,000 and I had to pay over $300 to fix it. It was in the shop for maybe around a month-month and a half. I picked it up, didn’t make it 10 minutes down the road and it died. I called them back to see what to do. Audra was extremely rude and tried to tell me that they fixed the initial issue and that this is something else. (The point of me taking my car in was for them to fix whatever was wrong.) so I then had to have my car towed back to them. They told me that it was something to do with the motor and Hyundai ended up covering that cost. I was without my vehicle for about 3 months total. Fast forward to now, not even a year later and the same exact thing is happening again, only this time I’ve exceeded the 12k miles for my extended warranty. When I first took my car in to have a diagnostics run on it the guy tried to tell me that the turbo was not replaced. When I explained that it was suppose to be he had to call me back after checking to see. Now, I have to pay over $5,000 to have my car fixed even though not even a year ago they were suppose to have fixed this exact issue. Since my car has been there I’ve had nothing but issues trying to get phone calls through or returned. My experience has been nothing but a nightmare and extremely stressful! I’m fully aware that I’ve exceeded the mileage for the extended warranty but if they did everything correctly the first time then why am I having the same issue 10 months later? I just wish they could have been a little more thorough with me back then and now and cared a little bit more.

Extremely nice and professional service staff. Oil change took about 25-30 minutes along with the inspection and filling of other fluids. I will be returning and would recommend this service department to anybody.

Chip Price is a good honest salesman, and Joe Climer, the general manager was great. They gave me a great deal on a new Hyundai and trade in of a Nissan Rogue. I WILL be back again.

In only speaking about the service center, I always love the staff here. It’s easy to book an appointment, make changes, and ask questions.I never mind waiting for my car during a service appointment. Once when my husband and I were waiting for a while and we brought a board game, the employee actually brought us back to an office that was not in use and let us use the desk. We had our lunch there and enjoyed ourselves. What top-notch service!I love the new renovations to the service area. You can bring your laptop and do work at the counter, or read a book in one of the comfy chairs.

Overcharged me for my car, bad interest rate, ok that's fine I got an offer that would have saved me 6000 two weeks after buying it but that's fine. Took it in for recalls 5k miles on it. They break my windshield refused to pay for the tint I paid for even though they tried to sell me a fully tinted car before and then set me up with their overpriced tint vendor. So I call they refuse to do anything for me not even an apology. Tell me to call Hyundai 45 min later I get someone who says no you need to talk to the dealer. Call back guy left early I demanded someone so service manager went back and reiterated what the guy said which was basically screw off not our problem. GM calls says he'll reimburse me for the tint if I bring a receipt so I think ok that's the least they can do for my time and trouble. Well I pick it up and whatever urethane or whatever they removed to do the windshield recall is coating inside and out of my car. Had them run through the crappy car wash they have and now I have dried adhesive all over the outside of my car and the inside is covered in glue dust dirt scuffs boot prints dirt all over the doors vinyl everywhere. GM said he'd have the service manager call me to get it detailed Monday refused to comment on the clear coat and he was somewhat nice the first time now acting crappy. The plastic key hole cover is a terrible design this little piece they want 100$ to fix it, I want them to do it for free at this point if nothing else for the time trouble and frustration they are causing me. I will be filing a small claims case if they don't agree to make it right Monday which I doubt they will do. They've lost two faithful customers over a couple hundred dollars good job coughlin. Somehow I doubt the detail job is going to get all the crap out of the books and crannies don't see how.

We took our 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport to Coughlin Hyundai to deal with an 'Excessive Oil Consumption' problem. This required multiple visits to the shop to remedy the issue, given the complexity of the correction. We worked with Evan in the Hyundai Service department and found him to always be attentive and helpful, he always made us feel supported throughout. He is really a credit to your organization. There were no surprises with Evan - what he told us is what happened.Thank you so much to Evan. A great job!

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at coughlin Hyundai of Heath with Cody. They were extremely attentive and valued my time. Fall of 2022 is a difficult time to be purchasing a vehicle given some of the manufacturing delays. But Cody and the team at the dealership were great at helping me set my expectations and maintain communication with me.

I made a wise decision and brought my Kia Stinger GT here for service. Audra was an absolute delight. She actually listened to me, when voicing my concerns. Gave reassurance that her technician would do an amazing job. She gave my car to Josh. He did such a great job on my new tires. Even though the alignment is supposed to be set up aggressively , he made the adjustments needed to assure my tires stop wearing so quickly on the inside tread. It drives like a dream! Thank you so much! I actually look forward to coming in again!
