We visited the Coconis store today in Heath Ohio looking for a Sofa for our home. Coconis was having a Triple off Tax sale 2024. I was looking on their website and found a Sofa on sale, we went to the store and bought the sofa we had seen on the website. The price was 200.00 off their in-store price but Coconis gave us the sale price that was on their website. This is how you do business you honor the price that the customer found and presented to Coconis and Coconis honored that price. I will def be back in the future. The Salesperson Ms. Cylee Knight was very knowledgeable, and I enjoyed speaking to her.

Bought 2 brand new recliners and a new couch all of them with electronic controls.The leg rest on one of the recliners will not go down. Then I was told I have to wait a week before they can come out and look at it. The furniture is only 2 weeks old. Disappointed is an understatement.UpdateSo Today a week later I take a vacation day from work to have a service technician come and look at the recliner to fix it. He comes in and looks at the recliner and says he has to order the parts to fix it. Why they sent someone out without parts makes no sense to me. I call coconis and they inform me that it will be 2-4 weeks before the parts come in. So now I have to take another day off work to get the brand new recliner fixed.Note to self should have gone somewhere else. Highly recommend not buying from coconis.

Sales person was super nice. Delivery people were good, and the service tech was nice and helpful. Customer service blunt, as all usually are. Would not have bought a new sectional if I had known it would need the cushions flipped every other day and the semi attached backs would have to be fluffed all the time. The seams look puckered. Was told this was statis quo. Have never had to mess with a sofa this much.

I went into this establishment to see about getting me a smaller dining room table and to see about a rocker chair the young man approached me and greeted me and asked me what I was looking for and I told him he directed me to the direction walked over there with me then he disappeared I had communicated with another family that was with another one of the staff people and we was looking for the same thing and chatted I wish to Merry Christmas I looked at almost all of the chairs before this young man came back and when he came back I had asked him previously about the financing he had the paperwork and his card in his hand and instead of him talking to me and trying to help me to buy a chair he walked off again and never came back I continue to look at the chairs I had two that I wanted to that I had wanted to purchase and I linger it a little while longer and by the time I got to the front door he didn't even come back to say anything I was very upset and was going to go and say something but I might have said the wrong words I don't know if it was because I was a black woman he thought I didn't have enough money for the store or he didn't deal with black people or what the problem was but I had enough money that I could have paid cash for whatever I was going to get at your store that day so you get a one instead of a five because of your staff not doing what they need to do it's sad I'll never go back to that store again even though I had a good rapport with the home store where I'm from Zanesville

I was just in Coconis for 50 min. hoping to purchase a recliner loveseat or two recliners. Not one sales person even said hello. They stood in the back chatting with each other. I’ll go to the Zanesville store from now on.

I purchased a sofa, loveseat and recliner at Coconis in Heath. My salesperson was Doug Holzmeier and he was awesome. I went to the store several times before I made my decision. Doug was very knowledgeable and helpful showing me many styles, fabrics and color choices. I have purchased a lot of furniture through the years and I must say that Doug was the best salesperson I have worked with. The store in Heath also has a management staff that is always polite and helpful. Coconis is the only store I will shop for furniture.

Very nice, cleanly store. Excellent customer service. They really listened to our needs and tried to work with us while also allowing the freedom to look on our own and discuss things. Plenty of options to build what you want. As a side note it is a more expensive store, not meant for someone who has a low budget on future, such as a college student looking to furnish a first apartment for example. Their furniture is meant to last a lifetime. Therefore, you'll pay for the quality!

I've purchased a few items here and each time was an easy and pleasant experience. I really love how they're local and have inventory on-hand which many of the larger chains do not. Their price match policy is OK with local competition (they do not however match online retailer prices) - hopefully in the future that changes. Definitely recommend for a great local furniture store!

For the first phase of our purchase we'll give a 5. Mr Mike Bruchelmeyer spent much time with us asked us questions from known to unknown about mattress's. Then showed use the 1,2,3, nmbers applied to their in store mattress's and let us sample each . He spent much time with not knowing if we would purchase. In pass have bought several items from Zanesville store. Purchase s at both Zansville and Heathstores have been great. Mr Coconis must have a good training program for his mattress and furniture departments to have such good sale representive for his stores. One item had to be ordered once in and delivered will rate his delivery team.
