If you are putting a loved one in this residence please be forewarned by a professional chef. After working there I've seen some things that are severe violations of food/ sanitary codes. I've seen employees that berate and cuss the residents. There is no accountability there AT ALL. It's a bunch of millennials and younger they work there and they are left to do whatever they want. They have an animal that roams freely, even in food prep areas. There's cross contamination. There's inadequate supervision and training. After being physically threatened by one of those kids I decided it was best to leave that job rather than giving that little boy a spanking that his parents obviously haven't.
