I recently purchased a washer and dryer at the Best Buy in heath and they had it delivered today. The men who installed my washer and dryer were AWESOME!! They called me to let me know they were coming and when they got there they had it upstairs and hooked up within minutes. I am a very happy customer...thank you!!!

This place isn't safe or reliable. There was a robbery there today and the item I went to pick up had a lightning port connector NOT USB c like 2 people had assured me it was. Drove more than a hour for it .

The guy who sold me my computer was good. The geek squad sends you to a hotline in India. Call Best Buy and get sent to India. Had them remote access my computer that was working fine. After 30 mins it was a brick and wouldn’t even turn on. What is wrong with these companies

The Heath,Ohio geek squad refuse to work on anything Apple product. I dnt even make it to the appointment before they call and say hey we are just going to ship your item to Apple so don’t bother coming in. What a joke

About 80% of the time the staff member is very knowledgeable and helpful. The other 20% of the time, I might as well look for things myself... Seems like the teenager employees don't know anything about their department, and they don't care to help... But I still enjoy coming here
