I just want to start off by saying a very big Thank you to Rich. Exceeded my expectations from the start this afternoon. I was broke down and he made a great impression with a courtesy call and addressed my issues while he was on his way. He offered to give me a ride home seeing as my residence was on the same route as the dealership. Safely towed my vehicle to the dealer and called me when he was finished. This was by far my best experience with a Tow service, I will highly recommend Ors Sunoco in the Future!

Amazing service. We ran out of gas on I 75 and our insurance company called these guys. Anthony was our driver, he was very professional, kind and fast. They said within the hour and he made it to us and got us going again in 34 minutes. Cant give enough thanks to him.

My son’s car needed towed and the lady that took my call was so kind. I was hysterical and crying and she was so calm and patient. The man that brought the car home in this freezing weather was so nice and kind. I highly recommend Or’s and will remember your kindness always.

I can't comment on the convenient store, but I would never recommend calling them for a tow. Instead of taking it where you say, they'll take it to their own shop, out of town, and keep your car overnight when you tell them not to fix it.
