Whenever I come into the hartville store, Ryan always goes way above and beyond to help with any Verizon system or hardware concerns we may have. He takes the time to make sure everything is accurate with our promos and billing. He also takes the time to explain any questions we may have using Verizon and takes the time the operations on our phones that we may be struggling with. He is extremely helpful.

SENIOR CITIZENS BEWARE! Jeff is a scam artist. My grandma was having trouble with the Apple Maps app after the most recent update and couldn’t figure out how to pull up the menu to start a route. She did not ask us to help and went straight here. She went in to be served by Jefferey. She told him the problem, and she either misstated it or he just straight-up lied. He told her, that her barely two year old iPhone SE was outdated, and that she needed a new one. She said she wanted a new iPhone and he decided to hard sell her a Samsung Galaxy S23. We also later learned he tried to hard sell her a new iPad and an Apple Watch. While her data was being transferred she called me and her daughter. I didn’t do anything and frankly, I’m not sure why. Her daughter in the other hand did in fact try to get her to leave. She did not and continued to purchase a new phone that she didn’t know how to use and didn’t need. When her daughter was on FaceTime with her, she mentioned that she could no longer use FaceTime, at this point Jeff fired back and lied to her face again saying that she could use FaceTime. She paid $700 for the phone, then he hard sold het a $50 case and charger. She left with a phone that she didn’t know how to use. She called us afterward with her phone and cried to us. She had not been able to receive texts for the entire day as the MMS texts won’t become SMS texts. After hearing all this her daughter and I met her and we went back to the Verizon store. This time we met Ryan as Jeff was not there. Ryan told us he couldn’t do anything as it was Jeff’s sale, the way he was talking about Jeff was like he had done it before. But he did try to get his boss to come and help us, however, his boss was seeing a movie alone. Ryan proceeded to make fun of him for this, how professional. He also recommended that we go to a corporate location, (They are at The Strip and on Howe Avenue.) as they can do it no problem. After this we set a 5:30 appointment with Jeff the next day. I did not go to this one. On this day my grandma had been getting tons of texts from the manager asking how he could the experience better. She told him to be there. My grandma went early and it turned out Jeff was a no-show. Instead, she met with the manager, Eric, who was apparently very nice. She chose her phone and case and such, and then her daughter arrived. They talked and got the right phone and admitted Jeff was in the wrong. I would NEVER come back to this Verizon store. Eric was nice, Ryan was okay, Jeff should be fired.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and someone should give that man a raise. Handled an entire store single-handedly very impressive. 10 out of 10 experience

At the Hartville verizon, Richard from the Alliance store was filling in. He helped me to decide upon a new phone, upgrades, and accessories. Helped me to problem shoot bluetooth devices. Appreciate the patience and time spent with me.

Rude, awful service. Tried getting the new iPhone 15, told me they’re opening an hour early. Got there at 9 when I should have been at work. The guy don’t even look up from his computer to acknowledge me as I opened the door and just said they’re closed. Cancelled my phones and 100% won’t walk in there again.
