We feel so violated. We were so deceived. Our phone bill soared and the taxes and extra hidden fees killed us. We are sick about it. Tried to return the phones before 30 days and we're promised the bill would go down. It hasn't. Now it's past 30 days. I don't know where to turn. I can't afford a $207 bill. I was told it would be $155. Don't go here if you want full transparency.

When I walked in, he was working with the only customer in the store and acted like I never walked in and he never spoke to me until he was ready....so I sat there for almost 20 minutes for him to eventually tell me that he couldn't help me. That's 20 minutes I will never get back.

Johnathan Reed did such a great job, he really put a lot of effort into solving our phone issue, at times assisting 3 customers at a time, and seemed to genuinely care about resolving our issues that were dismissed yesterday at the overstaffed belden village store, we we impressed with his expertise and patience, we were about to switch carriers and left the store amazed at the level of service we were provided.
