I absolutely love this store. Truly a gem in Hartville. Every time I am in the area I just have to make a stop. The employees are attentive and kind. Worth the stop, fairly priced and the clearance room is the best!

The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The store is very clean and organized so well, it was so easy to find what styles I was looking for in the right sizes. So many options I will definitely be back again.

This is a fabulous small owned business. Sells a little bit of everything ( hence why it’s called The Eclectic Rose.)Which includes clothing for infants, children, women, and men’s clothing . They also carry plus size clothing for women and men up to 5x. Definitely worth stopping in and checking out. The staff is friendly and helpful.They are also pet friendly! Just one of the great businesses in Hartville to check out. Highly recommend!

I went into the Ecclectic Rose on Tuesday, 12 March. I normally go in to shop and often find lots of things to buy. But this was only the second time I had ever tried to consign here.
It’s difficult for me to get around because my body is ridden with so much pain, and so carrying in items was very difficult for me. I try to always be positive and have a good attitude despite the pain.
I laid my items on the counter and asked about consigning. I was greeted with hostility, from the lady behind the desk. She treated me like she was angry I was in there. Her tone with me was so horrible that after she started taking my items, I just told her to forget it.
I would go elsewhere because her tone was nasty and I didn’t need to be treated that way. She scoffed at me then turned to the other girl with her and rolled her eyes. Life is hard enough without someone treating me with such disrespect when I’m trying to do business with the establishment. I asked for her name and she told me with great attitude, Sherry.
Both my mom (who was with me) and I were horrified by the treatment. Won’t be back to support this local business!
Tried to tell the owner twice what had happened at her shop. First time, I was kicked off of her group on Facebook! 2nd time messenger with no response.
Many others have since come forth to say they have had the same treatment. Way to go Rose!

I don’t leave a lot of Google reviews but I just shopped here for the first time and what a great discovery I made!! This place has such cute clothes, a WONDERFUL plus size section…something that is hard to find when thrifting! I will definitely be returning this might be my new favorite thrift store!

I love giving 5 star reviews, however, I have been disappointed in this shop lately. It’s a great local business to try to sell my items, but lately the staff has not been very friendly- which I find extremely important when looking to support a small business. The last few times I’ve gone in with items, I don’t even get acknowledged- a friendly “hello” isn’t too much to ask for. The one woman behind the counter has also been extremely rude and snippy to my mother the last few times she’s been in the shop trying to support their small business.
