The guy who did my nails was rude from the very beginning, which triggered an anxiety attack and left me shaking just 10 minutes into the appointment. He got upset that I didn’t immediately know what color I wanted and gave me no time to look, even though there was no one waiting behind me. I would have happily let someone go ahead if there had been. When he asked how long I wanted my nails, I told him I wanted them kind of short, not too long, and he audibly sighed, leaned back in his chair, and just stared at me. There were other issues too. I got an acrylic full set, and one nail is noticeably lumpy, while the polish on another nail is messed up.

I have not had a pedicure in over a year. I would like to actually get at least 20 minutes of tlc.
In/out as fast as possible with toenails I could have done myself. Everytime I asked for something the girl would snap back at me.
I wasn't rude- just asking for things she should have been doing. I could have kept my feet looking as crusty as they still lool for free.

Second time this happened. I thought the first time was a fluke, so I made another appt. Scheduled an appt for a fill at 2:40pm. I arrived at 2:26pm, as of 3:02pm still wasn't taken. I'm respectful of your time by arriving early but my appointment time isn't respected. I ended up leaving because I had another appointment that I would have missed due to lack of respect for my appointment. The first time this happened I waited longer past my scheduled appointment that the nail tech spent filling my nails.

My mom went in last week to get a gel mani/pedi (pedi with regular polish) and left with nails completely messed up. On her hands the design did not match the reference photo (if you can’t do the design, say that and pick something else), multiple of her nails were completely different shapes, her cuticles weren’t touched, her one nail actually cracked halfway down her nail and the gel polish wasn’t cured correctly under the light (which happens, but is an easy fix that never was fixed). Her toes were poorly painted (polish on the cuticle and her toe with no attempt to clean it off) and her cuticle was injured (this also happens but it’s only the one guy who consistently has done this every time she gets a pedicure). When she went back to get things fixed they lacked any concern to actually care for her. They filed off the gel and repainted. They, again, did not touch the cuticles. Her one nail actually cracked halfway down her nail and he did not address it or try to fix it, just chose to polish over it. He did offer to fully redo her pedicure but she did not want to put her feet in the water with her cuticle still healing for risk of infection.
I just finished school to be an advanced manicurist and under different circumstances I would have done her nails, but our work schedules do not align well. Seeing all this happen in a local salon is very disappointing and my mom won’t be back. The last photo i’m attaching is the reference photo, the rest are my moms nails

My daughter had an appt here to get her nails done for an upcoming dance at school. She is happy with her nails, but I feel that she was overcharged for a french with two gold glitter polish “hearts” that looked more like upside down triangles. $68 for a full set when it’s listed on their menu for $45. If you add two “nail art” that would only come to $51. I also don’t have the heart to tell my daughter that they look poorly done, bumpy, and uneven. The technician did not oil her cuticles. She works hard to earn money by doing jobs around the house and just because she’s a teenager doesn’t mean she should be treated as lesser than.

I just found my new favorite nail salon! I've been here twice and have had two different technicians, both did a beautiful job that held up way longer than usual.

I went in and I asked for a full set of nails when sitting down they offered me a manicure and I told them no I don't want a manicure I'm on a Budget and they are lucky to be getting my business. All of a sudden they started laughing and speaking in Vietnamese and I said what did I do and finally one of them said oh nothing. First of all I think it is so rude to speak Vietnamese in front of people that don't understand it next time I go in there I'm going to get a Vietnamese translator and see what they're all chuckling about I'll never go back. And the guy that did my nails I couldn't figure out what the heck he was doing here he had those earbuds in and he was on a phone conversation very unprofessional and no they didn't get one cent of a tip.

I chose the deluxe pedicure, the experience was relaxing and nice. The price was also good. If I remember correctly it was $45.00
