I have never written a google review before but I just have to for Spitzer Ford Hartville!!! I AM BLOWN AWAY at their service!! I recently bought a used mazda from them. My salesperson Zack was absolutely wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I consider myself a pain in the butt when it comes to buying cars because I don’t want to rush into anything, I like to negotiate price and everything before I even come and look at a car. But they had no problem providing me all the service reports, price negotiations, etc. and didn’t rush me into a sale. I really felt like everyone at Spitzer had my best interest at heart in getting a great car for my money.
THEN to put the cherry on top, when I got home (2.5 hours away) I noticed a squeaking that wasn’t there in the test drive. Squealing metal on metal. I called Spitzer back and honestly was super nervous they would say tough luck, you bought the car already. But they said for my own safety, since they were the ones who replaced the brakes before sale, they would tow it all the way back to their dealership and fix it for free for me! Turns out, a damn rock got stuck in between the rotor on my drive home after buying ? nothing was wrong with it besides that! But they had no problem removing it and driving it all the way back to my house, no charge. They even left me a full tank of gas!!
They have really truly earned a lifetime customer I have never experience quality service and product delivery like I have from Spitzer Ford Hartville.

Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. More than 2 hours later I am still sitting here with a response of they are working on it. If you want service go anywhere else unless you are just looking to sit and wait and wait and wait

Wonderful experience with everyone involved in the purchase of our vehicle. I recommend talking to Jonathan when purchasing a vehicle. He's a car guy, so he knows what you're talking about when asking about information about a vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helped us walk out with keys to a new suv, without feeling the pressure of having to buy. 10/10 one of the best experiences with a dealership we've ever had. Thank you all!!

Go to the Ford dealership in North Canton. Had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change on truck and was told it's going to be well over an hour probably 2. Called North Canton in and out same day in 1 hour. Last two times I have been there 1:55 oil change then 2:15 for oil change. Service department has definitely gone downhill. Get it together; will not be returning even though 5 minutes from my house. I'll drive 20 to a dealership that respects my time.

Most of my interaction was online, but the loan process was very easy. Unfortunately, getting my title has been horrible. I was originally lied to about the status of my title. Now, I am currently on my 3rd temp tag. Rich has been helpful in getting me info, but unfortunately, that was after I had to file a complaint. In response to the post from the dealership, I put in numerous calls with promises to be called back from multiple people, including the GM. I appreciate Rich's help, but it has been a difficult process just to recieve a memo title.

John made me feel comfortable using E-mail to make a large purchase. I signed all documents and just E-mailed them back. I walked in, took a test drive, signed one document and he had my car at me house, which is 1 1/2 away in 5 hours. Can’t get any easier. Would highly recommend doing business with John.

Allways very prompt and respectful of your time. John answered all my questions on phone or text. Very prompt on getting all the paperwork rolling in a matter of minutes. Management has a good crew and hope they are happy with the teams performance.
