Took twenty and then some minutes for two drinks that were very simple. Other orders were being pumped out before ours and the man making our drinks was extremely slow and most likely new. His coworkers were standing around and not helping at all when a six drink order came through. Both being managers. Two hot chocolates take up to thirty minutes now apparently.

It’s a fun place to go get some food and they have more than most gas stations when it comes to drinks and stuff. It’s honestly almost as good of quality as some fast food restaurants unlike most gas stations! Unfortunately there has been a few times where the food wasn’t good and some stuff is a little expensive that’s why it’s 4 not 5 stars but it is still really good and I would recommend

7/11/24. Ordered 2 Chilli dogs. 12:35pm. Boom boom sauce, chili and jalapeños. Litteraly nothing but a tinyyyyy bit if Chilli on it. Almost nothing. Lucky I had to get back to work or I'd go back in.

I come to this sheetz daily and most of the time the experience is great but lately i can wait for ten mins to pay for my things waiting on an employee. Tonight i ordered a chocolate shake with Oreos. I waited five mins minimum to pay for it and before i even walked to the counter i saw them making my shake. So i preceded to the pick up area and waited there for ten mins and since no one called my number i looked around and found a shake, mine to be exact, on counter behind the coffee machine. I got an employee check and sure enough it was. I got a cup of cold milk with Oreo chunk it it. They never called my number but this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Manager of this store is extremely rude and disrespectful, had a problem with items ringing in for the wrong price she didn't even walk over to check the shelf all she said was "this isn't my store" and wouldn't fix the problem and I walked back to my car without what I went there for and my husband walked in to use the restroom and the whole staff was talking shit about me
