First time with my new Silverado ZR2 truck. Purchased it used via competitor Spitzer, but wasn’t treated too well there. Decided to bring my truck for service to Schoner. I was surprised when my service director told me there was no charge for the 1st oil change. WOW. Didn’t expect that. Honestly, was fully prepared to pay for my service. Thank you!! Service team here is WAY ABOVE AVERAGE, 10/10 stars!! I called regarding a problem and Jeff had no issue with helping me out and getting it taken care of - all at no charge. I called at 5pm and they told me to bring the vehicle at 8am the next day and they would take care of it. Jeff and his team have always been able to get my car in and taken care of without any questions asked. Jeff even came out to the waiting room and was explaining to me what had happened and how he's going to fix it. Jeff went above and beyond today, and we will definitely be back! 100% peace of mind!

I've been dealing with Schoner since 2015. This was the first time as a Chevy truck owner. Prior to that time I owned Dodge Ram trucks. I have never regretted my decision to switch.
The sales, service and parts departments go above and beyond in all aspects.
Great management team also.

Very nice salesman. The manager was the nicest manager I've encountered in my 66 years. I got my dream truck! Also I take my 2013 Malibu in there for upkeep. Great mechanics!

I have bought several cars from Schoners Chevrolet where I always have gotten a great deal. After the sale, the service is great. Could not be more pleased with a dealership and I have been to many as I am 64 years old. Give them a chance you won’t regret it

We were traveling and our vehicle showed an issue with the charging system. Called Schoner Chevrolet at 9:00 am and they were very accommodating, had us bring the car in right away. The result was it needed a new alternator (2 year old car). They replaced the alternator under warranty and were finished by 3:30 pm. Staff was very kind and helpful.

If I could give negative star, I would. I committed to buy a car from this dealership. I even have a confirmation voicemail from the salesman. We were waiting for the breach in their system to get up and running (so we thought). However, when I called to follow-up. I was told they sold the car that I committed to….to someone out of Virginia! Clearly they made a better deal for THEMSELVES, with the other customer. Obviously integrity means NOTHING to them. However, MONEY does!
Not a CALL to me first! Not even an apology….pure arrogance and greed. My husband and I intended to buy two vehicles from them, based on how our first sale went. As we are looking for a Suburban as well. I wouldn’t take a car from this dealership if they GAVE IT TO ME. That’s the honest truth.
As they say, everything happens for a reason, we got something better with a much more reputable dealership.

Fantastic experience dealing with the crew at Schoner especially Derek! He was able to get me a great price on my dream truck and gave me a heck of a deal on shipping 10 hours away! Only reason I was able to follow through with purchasing without seeing it in person was because of the great reviews here on Google. They lived up to my expectations and made the purchase a breeze.
