We went looking for two swing sets, one for at our house and one for at our daughters and after taking our 2-year-old grandson and him trying out all kinds of swing sets we went with the tundra combo and the Apollo 2. I would recommend this place. The salesman was very friendly and helpful and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Fast forward to 2 weeks and they are both up in our yards already.

Their installer was courteous and professional. The materials are top of the line. The salespeople are NOT pushy at all and treated my family with respect. Would recommend to anybody looking for a playset! Thanks again Travis and Tyler!

Cannot recommend this place in any capacity. From beginning to end an awful experience. They take your order with ease, but beyond that it's all downhill. I understand supply issues causing a one year delay on a slide, but beyond that there were parts not installed properly, screws/bolts missing, never any phone call ever for updates, would never actually get to talk to mgmt when you call in, an entire slide installed incorrectly in a dangerous fashion, and lastly asking for money owed due to a previous refund issue that was actually to a different customer. I tried to find a positive in the experience but there just isn't one.

I highly recommend! Great customer service! Michael did a great job helping my family choose a play system. He even sent aerial view with dimensions so that we could lay out our Playground Grass by ForeverLawn. Alex and Ray installed the play set. They communicated with me throughout, worked hard, and did a fantastic job! That day my kids got off the school bus and played until dark. The neighborhood kids all came over to play! Just awesome!

Can't recommend this place enough if you're in the market for a swing set. We stopped in a few weeks ago looking for a swing set for our son and were fully expecting to get the "supply chain delay" talk from them, but that wasn't the case! They had last year's floor models for sale at a deep discount and nothing really was wrong with them aside from needing a new coat of stain. They were super helpful educating us on the different models and features given our price point, all while our 2 year old ran around testing out every set. We ended up going with a floor model of the Panda, and they came out and delivered/installed it yesterday- a little over 2 weeks from ordering. Installation was quick and professional, and I feel like the set is safely constructed for my son to play. We fully expected to pay a premium and not get a set until July/August due to supply issues, but we ended up getting a great deal from a local business with free installation within 2 weeks of ordering!

I've been working with Kids World Play Systems for over a year on a backyard garden shed; with the delay in delivery time (not their fault...just industry and supplies) I've then had the change to purchase a lot more outdoor furniture from them (good news for them; not so good for my pocketbook (LOL)). Everyone with whom I've interacted has been professional, timely, informative, and patient. The quality of everything I've purchase has been excellent. I've shopped around a lot prior to purchasing everything I have, and their prices are very competitive. Highly recommend.

Love our New shed. Not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Quality costs a little extra, but goes an extremely long way. Would recommend to anyone in the market.

I was in search of a new trampoline for my son. After searching for a few weeks I walked into Kids World in Heartville. Tyler was very knowledgeable on all things trampoline! He was able to provide me guidance on exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service to me. The delivery was quick and installment went smooth once I received my product. I will be back and asking for Tyler again this spring when looking for a playground set!!

I decided to finally get a playset and I landed on Kids World. Not only did they help me find exactly what I needed but they answered all of my questions. Safety was my biggest concern and they delivered. Tyler worked with me for over a week making sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Such an amazing place to shop.

I highly recommend this place! The workers there are fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly! I went in to look for a basketball hoop and I was not disappointed. I definitely will be back in the summer.

I want to thank Kids World in Hartville, OH for all the time they took with me explaining and walking me through all my options that could come with each of the different play systems they sell. I worked with Michael H, I know I am not the easiest person in the world to sell things to, I want to know everything possible when it comes to letting my hard earned money go, Michael was very patient with me and my son. Once I did purchase that wasn’t the end of our conversations. Michael and the team kept me informed in every step of the process, such as, delivery time frame, delivery day window, setup timeframe and what if anything I should do to get my yard ready for installation date. Michael even called me a week later to see how my son was enjoying his new play area. My son is looking for a basketball net for Christmas and I am sure heading back to see Michael soon.
