Was visiting family in Hartville (I live in Georgia) when my Ram 1500 steering assist went out. My uncle uses Jim’s for his Ram so we took it there. Very friendly. Great service. Fast and friendly. Hope I won’t need them on future visits but if I do I know I’ll get great reasonable service! Thanks!

I brought my vehicle in to have the rear brakes and rotors replaced. Jim's Auto Care gave me a price and time estimate, then beat both of them while accommodating my needs and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
