This was my first visit to JB Jewelers and they’ve exceeded all expectations. They have become my go-to destination for elegant pieces that will last a lifetime. John's expertise was of great help when it came to selecting the jewelry that best fit me. Despite being new to jewelry, he was very welcoming and guided me throughout the selection process. Something that set them apart was their no-pressure atmosphere.Their attention to detail for their products and customer support gives them a unique outlook on what suits you. Not to mention, every piece of their breathtaking collection feels like a work of art. After a friend referred me to JB Jewelers, I took our wedding rings in for repair. Both were bent. My husband had not worn his in years because it was so badly bent. The repair was quick and affordable. Both rings look brand new again! We were impressed and will be back!

As a friend of the Barbera’s I initially went in to support a friend’s and local business. I was quickly astonished with the professionalism, courtesy and care for customers they have. I couldn’t recommend JB jewelers enough for anyone in the Stark/Portage/Summit County area, get out there and support a local business who prides themselves on attention to detail and taking care of customers and their needs!

Jack, John, and Julie are masters at their craft. I was in need of a custom made ring on a tight schedule and they pulled out all the stops to make it happen for me. From first contact to pick up of the ring everything went very smoothly; the customer service was excellent and they kept me well informed each step of the way. I feel I got an extremely high quality piece at a great value and could not be happier. Their store in Hartville is well stocked with plenty of showcases full of jewelry as well as watches and luxury goods.I highly recommend JB Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs whether it be custom made pieces, chains, luxury goods or jewelry repair.Thanks again to Jack, John, and Julie for making my experience easy and enjoyable.

I took my Dad in to have a few links removed from a watch band and to pick out a gold chain. I also needed to have my wedding ring repaired. Jack & John were extremely welcoming & friendly. They quickly removed the needed links & had a great eye in recommending a coordinating chain for the medallion my dad brought in. They were patient as I helped my dad try it on together, and gave him a very reasonable price. My ring was repaired in less time than they predicted and looks like brand new again. Julie was exceptionally nice when I picked up my ring & offered any assistance I needed with jewelry in the future. I will definitely be back!!

I had a watch engraved for my boyfriend and I needed it done in a timely manner. John was very understanding of my circumstances and helped me get this watch finished when I needed it. He was so nice throughout the whole process and got the engraving done exactly how I wanted it. My boyfriend absolutely loves the watch. I highly recommend working with this company!!!!

Although JB Jeweler’s could be a little more attentive with e-mails to provide re-assurance to the customer, overall, my experience was easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy with them.I’m extremely happy with the quality of my ring and at the cost it was made for.I would like to add that the images on their site also made the diamonds on the ring that I ordered seem a little bigger than when I received them (probably due to zooming-in on the ring).Nonetheless! Whichever color you choose should decorate your ring lovely (I chose white/clear diamonds).I would definitely order again from these guys if anything ever happened to my ring.
