Terrible online experience. Sent the wrong cane bolt and then tried to refund me only a portion of what I paid. I will avoid ordering from them in the future.

My husband and I have ordered many appliances from Hartville and have never had an issue. If a problem did arise, they were prompt in returning phone calls and having an issue fixed. This review is geared towards the service we've received with issues arising with our carpet. The initial process was great and we had no complaints. We were told the padding would be like walking on a memory foam. Once the carpet was installed, it did not take long to realize the padding was not what we were told it would be like. We would go to other individuals homes and their padding was way better from other places than what we received. We also started to have our carpet have a crunchy sound as if we were walking on plastic bags. I called in mid-February and still have yet to have this resolved. We have officially passed the two year installation warranty mark and are hoping they still work with us as this issue was started prior to the two year mark. I recommend Hartville for appliances but will be looking elsewhere for flooring from now on.

We just purchased a stove at Hartville Hardware. It was delivered today and the delivery men were excellent. They hooked it up and removed my old one and gave my husband suggestions on how to use it, etc. Best service and price!!

Hartville Hardware is an amazing place to shop for a variety of things... All things farming, construction, home improvements, appliances, work/sports wear and a huge holiday decor offering in the autumn. And, a very knowledgeable customer service staff in all departments for assistance.

Very knowledgeable personnel to answer your questions. Instead of waiting to be asked a question they approach you and ask if you need assistance. Also, they don't rely on self service but have sufficient checkout personnel. Can't say enough good things about the store!

Terrible customer service!!!!I ordered a $100+ toy truck as a special Christmas gift. Was in stock when ordered on December 6th.Received confirmation of order and then message your order is being picked for shipping. Then no word no tracking.Called today as time running out and was told the item was out of stock and cancelled!!!I had emailed customer service a week ago with no response and then today the customer service for online sales person hung up on me when I nicely said the Customer service was not right and I should have been contacted.Now I have no special gift for my Grsndson.And they are still showing taking orders on Amazon with 8 in stock.Poor poor poor Customer service.Buyers beware!!!

What a great place to shop. They carry a large selection of products from tools and lumber to household items. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You can easily find someone to assist you. Multiple staff members are present in every department. We have bought replacement windows and doors as well as flooring and appliances. Installation teams have all been excellent. It’s a destination!

My husband and I and a friends of ours went to the Paul Bunnain show it was awesome and been up at the store also, we bought some things and came to the free splitter giveaway, did not win, but it's ok we bought one, haven't used it yet, it's a Woodridge army green, so far my husband loves it, he can't wait to use it, went delt with a guy Name John he was helpful in every way. Thank you be will be there again.

Outstanding selection of anything hardware related that you can imagine, plus clothing, appliances and toys. Easy to spend a day here. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as super friendly. Highly recommended!

Great place to go with the family. Indoor vendors have a great selection of some old and new gift items. Outdoor vendors sell fruits and vegetables and other unique items.Massive hardware store that has almost anything and everything under the sun. And the restaurant serves a variety of some of the most delicious foods. ????

A bit pricey, but still fun to walk around and get ideas for stuff. Bargains are there, but you have to search them out. For me, it's kind of like walking around a big name anchor store at a mall. Usually just browsing, but sometimes you just gotta have something that you find there.

Place has everything you need under one roof. Main question is why can't every town have one of these instead of Lowes and Home Depot!
