I had a simple question about my Eliquis Rx.....the on duty pharmacist refused to talk to me.....she needs a class in "professionalism"......and I will be no longer using the Hartville pharmacy.

The Hartville location has really gone down The cashier that waited on me was rude and seemed hurried by ringing up my groceries. barely even acknowledged me, just started ringing out my items. He had the name "Speedy" on his name tag.

I am a cancer patient, Stage 3 and my doctor changed my script whIle out of town. We called 3 pharmacies and all said they couldn't get my medication for several days. Kristin, Giant Eagle, pharmacist, had it available the next morning. She went the extra mile to take care of me at a cheaper price than the hometown pharmacy.,,and my treatment didn't skip a beat. I transferred my prescriptions to this store after having a horrible experience at the Hartville CVS pharmacy. I have not regretted it. The staff here are very friendly and on top of any issue I’ve had.

Kept telling me I need prior authorization for a prescription I have been on for about a year and instead of saying we will fax the forms to your doctor's office just had me deal with the run around of calling the insurance company and doctor's office. It should have been their job to figure out that paperwork needed to go to my doctor's office for authorization and instead I got a pharmacist with a attitude. I'll take my business elsewhere where they actually do their job

Went here tonight for some groceries. Bread area was picked over as was fresh produce (tomatoes) but most everything else was still stocked. Cleanliness was not an issue and there were some good specials around the store. As we were checking out, we were being helped by a nice young gal that was new and she had a question about something so she asked whoever was overseeing self checkout about it. We were less than pleased with the demeaning attitude that the supervisor or whatever she was had with this young lady. We certainly appreciated her efforts and being there for us despite covid 19. I think it's critical that management of this store passes down to all employees that treating each other with kindness comes first and does not go unseen.
