The "Sweetly Scented Bouquet" of stargazer lilies, roses, tulips, etc. that I ordered for my wife's birthday was beautiful and was delivered by the time I requested. My wife, and I, loved them and the service was great. Thanks.

Jack took my request and made it into a work of art. My wife hasn't stopped talking about how beautiful an arrangement Jack created for her Birthday. His attention to detail, listening to one's needs and desires and creating a masterpiece is second to none. So impressed with this business and Jack is like a friend you've known all of your life. I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day from Country Flowers & Herbs, all the way from California for my mother who lives in Hartville. Although there was an initial issue with the flowers delivered being wilted upon delivery, the way the business handled the situation was exemplary.Upon learning of the problem, Jack from Country Flowers & Herbs reached out to me directly to understand my concerns. This proactive approach from a local business made a huge difference, especially living out of state. Jack and I had a couple of back-and-forths, both over text and on the phone. Throughout, he showed a sincere concern for my satisfaction and my mother's happiness.Country Flowers & Herbs demonstrated an impressive commitment to customer satisfaction. They offered to send a live plant to my mother instead, a gesture I greatly appreciated. The live plant they delivered was absolutely beautiful, and my mother loved it.While it was disappointing to have the initial issue, I believe the true measure of a company is not in the absence of mistakes but rather in their ability to rectify them. Country Flowers & Herbs more than delivered on this front. Their attentiveness to my situation left me feeling that my mother and I weren't just transactions, but valued customers. This level of service is why I am giving them a 5-star review, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone buying from out of state.This business truly cares about its customers, and I will definitely use their services again. Not only are the flowers absolutely beautiful and the arrangements gorgeous, they are the highest quality! Jack is amazing, he is always very helpful and kind and goes above and beyond.

I stopped in to get a bouquet of flowers for a friends daughter. The owner is so helpful. A lovely, happy gentleman who really loves what he does. I picked out the flowers I wanted to use and he wrapped them up beautifully. I can not leave out that I also made friends with the cat that I may have given to many treats to haha. That was my first time going there but it will not be my last. I left happy with the bouquet and had a big smile. I highly recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful and Healthy Flowers. I love decorating my house with the flowers my Boyfriend brings me from this Gentleman and his Shoppe. I hope to collect many more arrangements through the years with him. Amazing work ♥️
