“This location went above and beyond for me.
I had my first ever accident where someone ran the light and hit the front left corner.
Dustin, who was filling in for the manager at this location, was fantastic. He told my fiancé and I everything that needed to be repaired, contacted us about progress, and was extremely kind.
I had mentioned in a previous incident, someone had sat on my hood, leaving damage. Though I didn’t get it replaced, I was shocked and over the moon when I saw the team had buffed out my hood. I’ve been so upset about that hood for over a year, but now I’m super relieved.
I can’t thank Dustin, the office staff, current manager, and the team enough for the hard work and kindness I’ve received the past couple of weeks. Thank you! ?”

“Ellsworth did an excellent job repairing our rear bumper on our 2024 Red Mini JCW convertible. Came highly recommended by Jeremy at The Dent Shop. Someone had run a grocery cart into the back bumper leaving a series of deep scratches on top of the bumper. Unfortunately, you cannot drive a nice vehicle to a shopping center without fear of someone vandalizing your vehicle. Regardless, nice to have a BMW specialist do the repair properly.”

“Needed to get some spots of body rust that had worn through some areas in front of my rear wheel wells. Got a few separate estimates before a family member recommended Yoder's (in which they had the best estimate). When it came time for me to go forward with the repairs, Eric was very responsive to my messages in order to set up a convenient time for both of us. The work was done quickly and professionally within only a few days and the body work was perfect and looked like it did the day I bought it. Additionally, the final cost came in for less than I was quoted since no further rust issues were found once the repairs started (obviously, not everyone will be that lucky). “I took my car in to get replacement headlights (mine were so yellowed and dim I could barely see 10 feet in front of the car) the estimate took about 5 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. When my lights came in, they called and got me scheduled. It took less than two hours to complete the job. It looks like a brand new car. Not only does the hood look brand new, but they also brush touched up the other chips on my car. I would highly recommend their work, as well as the great customer service . “Had a Saturn with an issue with the door sticking shut, couple other shops had quoted me an hour or twos labor upon minimal inspection. Tim at Worx got an idea and fixed the problem in ten seconds flat. He fixed me up with some lube for the lock and sent me on my way. That's why I love little places like this, they have the experience and aren't looking to retire off of your small problems. I always stay away from getting work done at the dealership and this is why. Super courteous and friendly service is hard to come by in the auto world.”
“Andy contacted me about doing drywall in his basement. As we went through all the details of the job I couldn’t help but notice his attention to detail at every turn. When we were finally done with my initial walk-through, I gave him a price that was a little higher than average because I knew the kind of job that he would want. A couple days after I started the job he invited me down to his shop Getz. I have never seen such a meticulously organized clean and well thought out shop in my life, this guy could build rockets for Nassau. I text my younger brother who is a perfectionist while I was in Andy‘s office this message... I found the best autobody guy this side of the Mississippi. The reason I told my brother was he and I don’t let anyone work on our stuff without vetting them completely. “It took me a while to write this, but it also took my claim a long time (full disclosure) It was not Talmage collision‘s fault that it took longer. It was Covid and logistical problems getting part that caused problems not Tallmadge Collision. These guys are great. They work their tails off. They’re 100% transparent(ask them any little question), and when you come back with an issue that issue gets fixed in my case the bed cover wasn’t sealing back up after my accident and after it was fixed, and they had it in their shop twice, trying to fix it and eventually it had to be taken to a Chevy dealership to be replaced turns out there was a recall (again not their fault)! They stuck with me through that when other people could’ve just brushed me aside and said that’s not our problem! Blaire handled everything with me I worked worked at body shops growing up one of the best body shops back in the day was in my family so I know a thing or 2 but Blaire blew me away he’s so competent and knowledgeable about actual bodywork. He breaks it down to you. He makes sure you know what’s getting done or replaced no question is too small Long story short he’s not gonna talk to you like a sales rep and your truck or car is gonna be done right and should there be an issue they handle it because there work is guaranteed for life I hands down recommend them to everyone just like the nice woman I just got into a wreck with 2 weeks ago….. YES my truck and her car are at Tallmadge collision and it’ll be done right AGAIN I have no fear!! Thanks Tallmadge Collision but I hope I never come back your an expensive date with that $1000 deductible!!”

“I took my RAM there after some damage was done to the bed and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Very personable, you don't feel like a "number", the paint match is perfect! It's charcoal grey and I was worried but it came out excellent! Detailed my truck in and out which surprised me (the inside). They even corrected a minor flaw in the body just to make it right!
