Was helped by Dylan at this location. Him and all the other workers helped me tremendously. Everything was very smooth and done in a timely manor. Also they’re very friendly and had a couple laughs which was also a plus. Highly recommend this location!

Order online. The last time I stopped in to get a phone, they didn't really have much in stock. The order option requires the phone to be shipped to the store. If you are good with that, this is a great option. If I am ordering, it is coming to my house. The time before, I was paying cash for my phone and the employee ran my credit and started a payment plan. I said no way and she put it through for $1 without telling me. It added a few pennies to my bill so it went unnoticed until I noticed I owed 40 cents. Not okay. Anyway, unnecessary. It is easier to order your own items from Verizon directly. I found better deals too.

Service was great. There always seems to be crowded when I go in. Workers are very knowledgable, just a shame they only have one working at a time. They can help as long as you don't mind the wait.

This store always gets me the best deal, and helps me quickly. (Usually) had a question and this store called corporate, and they got me fixed up. Been with this company over 22 years. It pays off.??

It's a shame you can't give zero stars. Hours of my life wasted only to find out what they recommended I need to have done to make my cell phones work in my home, couldn't be done at their store. The kicker was when they said to come back when I had more time (already been there an hour on this trip) and they would be "moral support" while I dealt with verizon directly....Really happy I left work early for that!

I have been to my local Verizon several times. I have received excellent service. Carter helped me today and solved my problem. He is always patient and always resolves any problem no matter how long it takes. Dylan is super also and has helped me in the past.

This Verizon was sadly not very helpful. Walked in the door 10 til close and new exactly the phone I wanted. Unfortunately, I should’ve checked before the drive, because I didn’t realize they closed so early.The lady informed me it would take 30 minutes to 1 hour to get my phone traded in for trade in.She was not interested in staying past her time.Not sure if this is Verizon policy or not, but don’t feel this is great practice for place that runs on commission.

Arrived at Harrison location around 11:20 on March 1. Two reps on duty really impressed me (Carter and Dylan) with their professional demeanor and their ability to really connect with their customers and focus on their needs. There was some kind of glitch with Verizon that day and people were waiting to be served. Once we were able to sit down with Carter, we had an excellent experience. They were able to keep their cool and focus even during this busy time. Five stars to both young men...they are a credit to your business.

A rep here told us to change our plan—stating it would be $50 less than we are currently paying per month—but the next month we had a $150 bill increase. After a call to corporate, they said to NEVER change our plan again because we have the best available plan through Verizon. The rep at this third party location insisted not. Moral of the story—ALWAYS call corporate Verizon for plan changes. These third party locations try to get one over on the consumer any chance they get. Fees, fees, fees…

Worse store ever. Gave them another chance even made an appointment online and still 1 guy working. We waited 40 mins and still with same customer. If you don't have the staff dont let people make appointments online.
