Keeps mailboxes in horrible condition. How am I still spending 10-15 minutes everyday trying to open my mailbox and mentioned that my lock is old etc, haven’t done anything about it, awful maintenance and piss poor sustainability for their mailboxes.

Had used a used box for sending my test strips. The box was one that a phone had come in so there were battery logos on it. Postal worker identified this and taped up the box to hide these markings. Very thorough job on their part. Thank you for your help.

The absolute best post office around. I'll go out of my way to go to this location instead of the joke of the one in Fairfield.

This post office should be closed for good. They’re about 50 years behind the times. They don’t update ANYTHING. It’s run down and antiquated. There’s never been any improvements and I’d been going to that PO for 45 years. The mail carriers are incompetent and LAZY. L A Z Y. When I lived on Whitewater the lazy jokes would park their truck and sit at the end of Whitewater for HOURS. I’d see them park around 1 PM or so and till be sitting there hours later. If they don’t like to work then they should QUIT. This was a daily occurrence. Then I wouldn’t get my mail until almost 6 at NIGHT. I’d have other peoples mail in my box because of their damn utter incompetence. When I’d complain about my magazines not arriving on time Lo and behold they’d be there the next day- probably was reading them instead of delivering them. The employees at the counter are rude as hell too. Everyone’s packages that get delivered by the post office -they’ve opened packages AND my packages would be some where else and I’d have other peoples packages. It’s not MY job to deliver them to the appropriate people. I’ve had photos sent to me where they had just shredded the envelope and contents and just say “ oh well sorry”. I can’t believe they’ve not been closed by now. Should be investigated by govt officials. Most of the mail carriers should be fired. Out of all the mail carriers they had over the years , only TWO were competent enough for those jobs. One’s name was Skip Gray , the other his first name was Rick in the mid 2000’s, the rest were not /are not smart enough to cross a street without looking both ways let alone deliver mail correctly.

Love this location, feels like a small town postal office. They seem to recognize and know me every time I come in, which isn’t very often honestly. I’ve always had extremely pleasant and helpful service who go above & beyond! Our mail carrier is great as well!
