“They worked an hour and a half to get 2 phones switched over. They spent most of it on the phone with Metro because there was problems switching them. In the end they were able to get my bill dropped from $120 to $100 for 4 phones on top of getting my new phones switched. Everything was completed 38 minutes after they were supposed to close. I never felt rushed. Thank youThis store went above and beyond”

“James helped set up a new phone for me and we watched him manage lots of people by himself while we were there. We had to be there for a while (which was because my phone had a timed lock feature we had to wait out, nothing anyone could have done) and he stayed pleasant and helpful to everyone we watched come in. Very happy with this store!”
