Placed an order for pick up the night before. I was told my pick up would be ready the following day between 8-9 pm. After waiting in line and finally getting ready to get loaded, my order was not ready and was told to come back the next day. If Kroger would hire responsible people instead of kids with no worries about their job. The only worries they have are smoke, vape and phone breaks. And the physical work if they are lucky 2 hours out of an 8 hour shift. Give me a break. This is not the first time this has happened. I was in need of these groceries both
times. Please thank your employees for once again letting the customer down. Anymore, I’ll shop elsewhere.

I accidentally overheard an employee named Kevin R leading a small meeting about quality the other morning and I was very impressed!! the ice cream is very froze almost too cold for the winter but what can you do??

Harrison Kroger sales checkout with Melissa was anything but pleasant. She cursed a few times and was slamming groceries..you could tell she did not want to work this day. I will avoid her at all cost or go to self check out. Terrible personality

Clicklist-12/9/24
Made my pickup time for 4-5, got there at 4, was told to come back in 30 minutes. Got back in line 15 cars back, made it to front. 3 people ask my order name. 5:38 I’m still waiting…this is the 4th time my order has been delayed since I started the nightmare before clicklist. I’m done, I’d rather pick up in Batesville, IN. They have their act together. SMH

Was welcomed in the store prior to 11 pm. Registers closed while shopping and store would not allow check out because it was 11:02. Horrible service. Should not allow customers in to shop then close registers.

Some of the worst customer service of any Kroger in the area. The employee seem very apathetic. And the employees at the deli counter need to look up once in a while even when you speak up attempting to get their attention to ask for service you still get ignored.

Guy in seafood department behind the counter has an attitude problem and not real friendly. Asked for some shrimp and he was already huffing and puffing like he was mad cause he had to do some work. Told him I wanted only the ones peeled and he started slamming stuff. When he bagged it up and weighed it he threw it at me on top of the counter turned around and left. 10/18/24 around 5:00pm

I been shopping here for years. Today I bought seasoned pork chops. Came home & found a ball a hair on the butter which was sitting on top of the pork chops. Looks like it was dropped on the floor. How disgusting. HEALTH HAZZARD!
I don't think I will ever buy meat here again!

It’s an C- store. Closes at 11, should be open later. There’s always a bunch of people in line and takes forever to check out because there just one kid there trying to help everyone in self checkout. I feel like they’re missing out on a bunch of business.
The prices match the sale about 70% of the time and thats with using their app.
They advertise sushi Wednesday but seem to never have those rolls available when you go, just the 9+ instead of the $6.

I’ve traveled all 50 states and grocery stores are hidden miss on how will stop they are, how knowledgeable the staff are, and how helpful they’re able to be with how busy story is. The store always impresses me overall as they are able to stock things most of the time, and their staff is always happy to help even if they don’t have all the answers. The best part is that the store is well kept and clean for the most part. There are rarely items on shelves that are out of place. You can tell the night crew and morning crew. Do a great job getting things prepared for each day. Whoever the store manager is here I applied you. My parents even go out of their way to shop at the store. Thank you for giving such a great name to Kroger and making me feel so welcome when I come home at a time.

Update. The woman in the fresh seafood location is ridiculous. She doesn't know the difference between an oz and a lb. She is on her phone all the time and is rude.
