The cut I received was intolerable. The lady who did it didn't even comb it out at first. Then when I mentioned the bangs being too long she leaned over and wacked them . When I got home and paid closer attention the bangs were so slanted you would have thought it was a down hill ski jump. If you don't like your job get a different one. Don't ruin paying customers hair because you didn't want to work Saturday. Very unprofessional.

U know you shouldn't be working at great clips if your going to tell me u can't do a no guard fade on a lil boy... Harrison Great clips sucks... To the lady that said she wouldn't do it fine a new job u suck at hair cutting anyway...I definitely wouldn't go there....

Whenever I'm in town and in need of a good haircut, I go here and see Tammy. She always cuts my hair exactly like I ask and I'm never disappointed. I highly recommend you give her a try if you're in need a great haircut!

Absolutely terrible. I was actually in tears when I left. I've never had such a bad cut! I called the next day, but only received an "I'm sorry about that". So now I get to spend twice as much to try to have someone fix it.

These amazing women have worked here for years! As a young boy, my son had sensory concerns that made getting his haircut a major challenge. But EACH one of these wonderful women through the years embraced him and never hesitated to do whatever was needed to cut his hair. Now he is eighteen and going to get his haircut here is a special event for him. (And much easier) They all treat him with such love and kindness like they always have. I will forever be grateful for each one. Go see them! You will NOT be disappointed.

If you check in on the app and get there 15 minutes before they are supposed to close, they will lock the door and tell you that can’t cut your hair. If your sign says you close at 6 then you close at 6 not 5:45! I checked at 5:00 pm and they wouldn’t honor your appointment.
