After researching a few financial institutions in the area to establish a business account we decided to go with FCN Bank and we definitely made the right choice. Everyone I have interact with is so nice, they also did a nice gesture as a thank you for friendsgiving that I was totally surprised me. So thank you ladies for the great service & I hope to do lots of future business with you guys. Its very hard to find good customer service these days so keep up the great work.

Love this Bank the Harrison Branch is my favorite but the employees in Brookville are just as nice

The people who work at the Harrison branch, are the nicest people I've met. They take time to get to know you. I feel like a real person instead of a number. I even talked my Mom into changing her bank to this one! WAY TO GO! THIS BRANCH HITS A HOME RUN!

The tellers have always been accommodating and very nice. If you have an unusual situation and need to get a loan this is the place to go. For instance they were able to get me a loan for a short-sale that had a significant amount of land with it. Other banks had turned it down due to the land component. FCN Bank came to the rescue. I own an apartment building and use this bank with a business account as well. They have helped out with statements in times of need. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they still have a ways to go with regard to online banking. It's gotten much better but it is still not the best.

I went in to have some forms notarized, though I am not a customer. I had my three children with me, including my toddler who was clearly having a difficult morning. The teller was a very cheerful person when I saw her speaking to her colleagues but when it came my turn and the forms I needed notarized, she instantly grew cold and very short. My toddler started to throw a tantrum (while I am trying to soothe my infant) and the lady grew even more irritated. Truly, this was NOT my morning and a smile would have been nice from her, rather than her condescending tone and apparent irritability. I am not a customer of this bank but we are currently looking to switch...now I know what bank NOT to go to. Customer service is very important to me and if you cant be kind to me, even when my kids are having a rough day, then you are not the bank for me.
