“I've had audio systems for 2 vehicles upgraded by Mark and his installer, and both have been excellent! I brought my first car in and really didn't know what I wanted besides better. Mark told me he could switch out some components and he thought I would really be happy with it. He was right, it was amazing sound! So when I brought my next vehicle to him, he told me I know what kind of sound you like now so we can give you that again. He doesn't try to upsell anything, he just tries to sell what will sound great with each application or vehicle. I am 100% satisfied every time I take a car to Mark for audio upgrade.”

So I went to the store that we bought the phone from a Nita had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. She is awesome and I'll be sending all my friends and family to her.”
