My husband and I both started boxing. We're really out of shape, but they are really accommodating in making sure that we are going at our own pace. It's a really nice community and we feel super welcome. We look forward to every class.

One of the absolute best MMA gyms in Cincinnati. Many great instructors, and Scott who owns the gym is a great guy and full of knowledge. Best pricing around too.
