Steven is an exemplary person and the type of employee you can't find these days. My toddler got sick all over the lobby and main area of the store. I took her outside to clean her up and went in to ask to clean up. Not only would he not let me, he genuinely was not put off by it. It wasn't because of duty, which is so much more than anyone could ask - but in my embarrassment, he really had 0 reflection of being put off by it. He assured me that he has to get used to it anyway, as he's about to be a father. This sort of character is commendable.

The workers are great they go above and beyond to help you, but the medication is never ordered right or on time they have to have constant reminders and as a patient I should not have to do this, but it’s constantly I’ve been off the shot for six months and they offered it to me last week I am now on a pill diabetes because they never had to listen in could not find it anywhere. Other than that. It’s a great place. People are wonderful. It’s just getting items filled is crazy there.

The 2 ladies in the front of the store were amazing. They refilled my autistic daughter's balloon we walked in with! I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond. I even called the store and talked to the manager about how great the experience was at the Harrison location.

Horrible. The day after it snowed and the sidewalk, entrance sidewalk, and parking spaces are all ice! Totally unacceptable. I didn't slip, but I was concerned about the elderly and people with disabilities getting into the store.

I am BEGGING you to not use this pharmacy!!!!! Their hours are not accurate! We show up at 1:00pm on Saturday and they have a sign on their door saying they’re closed untill 10:00 Monday! So thanks CVS, now my 2 year old daughter will have to forego her MUCH NEEXED antibiotics thanks to you. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be filing a formal complaint. Please beware and use another pharmacy at any and all costs….

Never ready, always waiting even after days called in, also, they never have an attendant at the window, it really makes things hard for me to get both babies out of their car seats and walk in there to pick up a prescription. Never have any issues at Walgreens!!

Made an appt. For a flu vaccine , waited 45 minutes no one recognized me while in pharmacy, they had 3 associates working front of store and 3 people working in Pharmacy, I could not get my vaccine. I made an appointment at Walgreens later that day and was able to get 4 vaccines in sitting. I will never shop at CVS Again.

By far the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever been to. If I can get the medicine at Walgreens if my insurance will allow it, I'll pay the extra to go to Walgreens right down the street. The hours online are never the hours that they are actually open, They miscommunicate about medicines being ready, they frequently don't have common medicines, and they are rude and unresponsive. Also, if you want to call them and get a hold of them, good luck, because you will stay on hold with a wonderful music selection until the phone hangs up on you.

I absolutely hate this pharmacy location! I came straight from the doctor's office to wait for my script to be filled. Only to be told that I couldn't wait for it and they wouldn't expedite it. When I asked how long before the worker thought it'd be done she said before they closed at 8. Irritated and sick I came home and get a notification that the medicine is done within 15 minutes after I left. I feel like either the workers are seriously stupid and lazy or they choose to be malicious with their actions. Regardless, your company should strive for excellence. In this case they don't even strive for the bare minimum. Do better bc if this is your best, just close now. Meanwhile I'll be switching my families pharmacy.

This CVS used to be fantastic. Now the Pharmacy is SO understaffed. They close up for 30 minutes to get lunch. Do NOT show up 30 seconds before 1:30pm (lunch time) they will send you away. Pharmacist Claire is nasty and rude. We're moving our Rx elsewhere.

This location forces employees to work while positive for Covid and exhibiting Covid symptoms.Not only is this unsafe for customers coming to get medications and some who may already be immunocompromised, it is a terrible way to treat your employees.
