Update: I found some broken parts in the truck, Dealership Wont help to replace it, I Bugged them for 3 weeks to look into getting it fixed, only to be told its not covered under warranty. There is still a year left of factory bumper to bumper and its certified pre owned. I was told that because I got a good deal on the truck I should deal with the broken parts, it isn't my fault ford sales are down and they wanted to sell the truck. It is my fault for not catching it prior to purchase, I should have known not to trust them. I am disappointed in the care after the sale for customers and the quality of vehicles that ford produces. I'm going to reach out to ford corporate and see if there is anything they can do. I will update once that process is complete.At first the transaction was smooth, did all the negotiating on price and trade over the phone, once in the dealership process was a decent pace, it was raining out that day so it was a quick inspection for the truck I was buying, the fact it was CPO with factory warranty still on made me feel at ease.

After visiting several different shops. And having others give me the run around on what was actually wrong with my car I decided to give Cronin a try. I was met with a smile from one of the service members Blake. I told him everything that was going on and what the other shops quoted me. Out of all the different places I visited and service members I’ve talked to Blake was the most transparent. He told me that he would have one of the mechanics look at my car and get back to me. Not even 2 hours later I received a call from Blake he listed the things I needed repaired and took care of me! The repair was exponentially cheaper than what I was quoted everywhere else. He was really good at explaining what exactly was wrong with my car and the parts needed to fix it along with every charge I would receive. He was very polite and made me feel like I was a part of the Ford family. Now my entire family uses Cronin. Blake makes me feel safe and I know I’m getting quality honest work done no matter what’s wrong with my car. I couldn’t send enough praise to Cronin and their team. Before you waste your money go see Blake at Cronin I guarantee you’ll enjoy the experience.

I own a 2010 Ford Flex, it has held up really well. When I need any service on it, Cronin Ford has helped me. They have picked up and delivered it back to me. The Service Manager is always helpful and knowledgeable.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Mr. Chapman always gives amazing service, whenever I need something done to my vehicle he doesn’t hesitate to let me know it’s in need of an oil change, tire rotation, or new brakes. I appreciate his sincerity and patience when it comes to my questions about if some weird noise coming from scooby the subie sounds normal. Im always worried about something Especially since I just had his baby!!!

Julie at Cronin ford was amazing! She previously helped my dad and brother buy a car and I heard great things so I went to her to buy my Bronco sport. She made the whole process super easy and stress free. Will definitely recommend her for anyone who is wanting to buy a ford.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE !!! Brought my truck in for service, they had my truck just short of (3) weeks. Picked it up on a Saturday morning and brought it back Saturday evening, the main reason that I had brought it in was NEVER fixed !!! I called on the following Tuesday morning and they still have not looked at my truck, called back on Wednesday and my truck still sits in the lot and still has been looked at. They told me that they would try to get it looked at bye Friday. Every time I called they said someone would call me back but that would not be the case. So I was told that there was a problem that needed address on my truck which was the reason why I took it into the service department. I paid just under $1100 to fixe it, come to find out that was not what needed fixed. It was nothing but a simple fix of a wire that somehow got pinched giving me the problems I had. No offer whatsoever to refund the money for the unnecessary items I paid for that were not the problem. I was somewhat successful in texting although it would be hrs before I received a response. So they finally got my truck in on Thursday and was able to pick it up on that Friday. I had also paid for a front end alignment, I had to drive my truck straight to the local Tire Discounter to have it alignment done which was another $147 out of pocket. One of my biggest complaints was complete total lack of communication, I had to call them repeatedly just to know the status of my truck. They sure the hell were not about to call me to let me know anything !!!! I had went through the very same things months earlier on my Fusion, which I should've taken notice then on taking my truck to them with what I went through with that. So overall the service department is a absolute TOTAL FAILURE !!! I would not recommend that anyone take their vehicle to Cronin Ford, PERIOD !!!!!!!!!! So several weeks has gone bye and I received a letter from them, they were offering to buy my truck and get me into a new 2023 truck. Which I thought would be nice to have a new truck. Little did I know the offer on my truck was pathetic to say the least, and I was not aware of the dealership markups on their vehicles. $5k/$7k markups over the sticker price !!! Cronin Ford just keeps giving until it hurts, I WILL NEVER EVER go back to this dealership ever again for the rest of my days, EVER !!!!!!!!!! Cronin Ford is there for one thing and one thing only, to bend over their customers for everything they can squeeze out of you, PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My message to Cronin Ford, you can stick it where the sun doesn't shine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
