I went in with fair credit and where I had issues at all other dealerships, John helped me walk off the lot that day in a vehicle. He went above and beyond with his team to get me in a safe and reliable car that met all my needs. Highly recommend John this location and his team!

John was awesome! Best car salesman I’ve ever had! From the minute we stepped on the lot he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory! Car country had a pleather of cars to choose from! We bought a car within 30 mins of stepping on the lot and are very happy!! Financing was easy and Donnie was great! We absolutely recommend Car Country in Harrison. They don’t disappoint! Who’s Next?!

Purchased used car from Car Tom Tepe/Country Harrison with the understanding there was approximately $700 worth of front end damage. This was a lie. Despite being told this, the dealer could not provide a copy of the repair estimate. In reality, the vehicle had a smashed transmission oil cooler, broken transmission oil cooler bracket, broken intercooler, broken radiator, smashed lower tie bar, missing splash shields, broken fog light, missing spare tire tool, screw/hole in rear tire, several stripped lug nuts, leaking engine coolant hoses, and intermittent operative rear window switches. The total for all repairs is around $3,000. Several attempts were made to discuss with the dealer manager but each time you call, he's conveniently not available and never returns your call.If considering purchasing a vehicle from Tom Tepe/Car Country, I'd highly recommend having a complete independent vehicle inspection. I really regret not doing so myself. Once you make a purchase, you mean nothing. This business deserves zero stars. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We had the opportunity to work with John at the car country in Harrison. He was amazing to work with. My family and I went there thinking we wouldn’t find a car and he worked with us. We got to take out 2015 Kia home. He was fast and friendly and got us taken care of in a decent time. I recommend working with John!❤️ Thankyou John!!!

I am throughly impressed with the caliber of the level and quality of customer service I received at Car country with John Fischer.His knowledge about the different vehicles I was interested in was very impressive. I was interested in a Jeep, but John knew it wasn’t going to be happy with it. Annnnd he was correct.John Fischer was incredibly helpful and really took the time to understand all of the potential things I wanted to be able to do with my next vehicle.He patiently answered all my questions about each vehicle I was potentially interested in, while giving me straight answers as he was up to date on his research!However, the best part was he kept me under budget and I have an awesome warranty on a practically brand new car in prestige condition that I can use anywhere I am with the vehicle .. can you say… score!!! All while keeping up with my mothers wit! ??He picked out the SUV with everything I wanted on my next vehicle.He made sure I knew everything I needed to know about them to be able to make the BEST decision on which SUV that would serve me the best! He even made sure to let me know what I could add to the car to support my adventures.I choose a 2019 Kia Sportage SX Turbo to journey with me out west as I travel, living on the road as a nomad half of the year. This car will be my home at times. I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase!!John even drove the Kia himself a few days to really see if it was right for me.I can’t begin to put words to how grateful I am to have had such a wonderful experience buying an SUV with John. He really made it super easy. He even washed the car himself so she was all pretty when I drove her off the lot!I will not buy another car from anyone else and I will recommend him hands down every time. If you don’t buy your next car from John Fischer you are missing out!!Did I mention he called to check on how I was enjoying my purchase the next day??? Yeah… he’s that awesome. Had the pleasure to work with John at Harrison Car Country. He went above and beyond and was eager to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I had minor concerns about the vehicle which John immediately made arrangements to get fixed, at no additional cost. Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, no pressure. Had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a car dealership and drove away with a great vehicle.

Was very disappointed I made an appointment for 12 noon to look at a certain vehicle , was called around 9 am to confirm my appointment and when I arrived the vehicle I was there to see was not there and nothing was said to me when I received the call to confirm my appointment ! Then had me look at another one they thought I would like better that didn't even have a drop of oil on the dip stick ! no I would never go back to this place. I should have been told the vehicle I was coming to see was not available. If they would of been honest I might of looked at other vehicles but felt they were not honest and I don't need to buy a vehicle that I want to trust from such a dishonest establishment

Refusing to negotiate on vehicle selling price despite having notable damage (smashed transmission oil cooler, broken intercooler, broken radiator, smashed lower tie bar, missing splash shields) underneath the car is frustrating. Not disclosing said damage is also frustrating. On a related topic, other issues have since been discovered (inoperative fog light and rear window switches, missing toolkit for spare tire change). If considering purchasing a vehicle from Car Country, I'd highly recommend having a complete independent vehicle inspection. I regret not doing so myself.Updated to reflect additional damage (smashed transmission oil cooler, broken oil cooler bracket and broken fog light) found during disassembly.Second update. Despite informing dealer that a tire was low (TPMS alert), tire was not inspected. Instead, it was only inflated. Fast forward and the car was sold to me with a screw in the tire. If the tire was properly inspected, this could have been avoided. A flat tire coupled with missing emergency equipment is not good.Final update. Repairs to vehicle totaled close to $3,000.00. Good luck getting someone to return your call. One you make a purchase, you mean nothing. This business deserves zero stars. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.
