We were having trouble with our phones and we have been customers for years. Decided to go the Boost in Harrison that was open until 8. Closed at 6:24, with open sign on. Thanks for no help.

The guy straight up lied to us! I told him we needed a phone for a Christmas present but didn't want to pay for it yet becuz it was so early I even asked him should we just wait an come back closer to Christmas, he said we won't be charged. We was charged the next day!! ?

Tried going in 3 times today for a new phone and the door was locked all 3 times I tried. Right on the door it says 10 am to 8 PM from 1230 to 130 the door was locked. So I guess if you have no phone and need it for work you just cant go get a new one so I'm going tot mobile and starting a plan. The service never would work anyways.

I would have given our experience 5 stars... until I noticed that while switching our phones they gave two reviews for themselves from both of our accounts! Reading some of reviews, there are a few that are similar so they've done this to multiple people. Ask the customer to leave a review of their experience, don't do so yourself! ?♀️
