So happy with the work and they got 4 rings repaired quickly and they are fixed right. I recommend them for jewelry repair. Transparent with what they were doing and cost. If I need jewelry repaired again this will be my first pick.

Being a lover of jewelry, especially diamonds, I stumbled upon this fantastic store that offers so much more. They are true artisan's when it comes to designing something new from something old. Not only have I purchased beautiful jewelry, but worked on a number of pieces to create something entirely new. The family is always a pleasure to work with and they really do try to find you that perfect piece, and the selection is always good and there is something for everyone. My only wish is that I had discovered them sooner. These days, you need to not only find a good honest store, with good prices, but jewelers you can trust. Oh my....it's a "candy store" of beautiful jewelry. I've had wonderful service there, from watch repair to ring shopping. Walking in is like stepping into another dimension, from the classical music in the workroom to the friendly staff. Theresa and Richard are wonderful people and are very good at what they do. My mother passed away suddenly in 1972 - I was 8 years old. Shortly after her passing, my dad had the diamonds removed from her wedding set and had a men's ring made that he wore often. I always assumed he left the rings with the jeweler. Dad passed away last year and Mom #2 found the rings in a box! I did some research and received some bids and decided on Bacovin Jewelers to handle the revival of the engagement ring. Theresa provided a quote and and professional advice - more information than was provided by other jewelers. Richard went to work and created a masterpiece out of something that looked pretty bad. I'll try to post before and after pics on this page. The transformation and artistry is amazing. Thank you Richard and Theresa!
