“After visiting several different shops. And having others give me the run around on what was actually wrong with my car I decided to give Cronin a try. I was met with a smile from one of the service members Blake. I told him everything that was going on and what the other shops quoted me. Out of all the different places I visited and service members I’ve talked to Blake was the most transparent. He told me that he would have one of the mechanics look at my car and get back to me. Not even 2 hours later I received a call from Blake he listed the things I needed repaired and took care of me! The repair was exponentially cheaper than what I was quoted everywhere else. He was really good at explaining what exactly was wrong with my car and the parts needed to fix it along with every charge I would receive. He was very polite and made me feel like I was a part of the Ford family. Now my entire family uses Cronin. “We hit something metallic on the interstate and began losing tire pressure pretty fast. This place got us right in and recommended the Greek restaurant down the street for lunch. We had a great meal and returned to our patched tire—ready to go! For $32!! Very nice and highly recommended!!”
