The parking lot is not maintained. There is standing water in permanent puddles that freeze over in the winter. The snow that falls off the slanted roofs is left piled up in front of your storage door!

Really nice storage area and there are lights inside that really helps when you are moving stuff in or out... There was no critters running around which was also nice it was very clean and the people in the office were very nice

I haven't had a storage here but I helped a friend move out of a unit on several different days. The place was always quiet and her unit was clean an in good shape. The secured entrance gate is nice.

Moved from public storage on Colerain and OH MY what a difference. Clean. Safe and secure. Lights work. Key cards are convenient. Seems to be family run and they are VERY friendly. Very happy here.
