I only gave one star because I have to in order do a rating. My Aunt and I had a cow sent in, I have pictures of the cow that they are saying was only 250lbs of meat total. Please go take your animal to a honest butcher. I will keep updating as we don't plan to let this fly. (First phone call 11-29 they said that after you go down 40% to hanging weight you then go down another 40% after that.)

Just started using them and very happy with prices and the meat itself. Use to goto the Butcher-shop in NB but there prices have really gone up. I am will be using this shop from now on for my meat needs.
