My experience is so amazing and awesome if this Woodforest Branch and Hamilton customer service is wonderful every time I go in there always happy and wonderful to see me and willing to take care of my needs I would definitely go back to this location and I will send friends and family

My absolute favorite bank ever! Especially the branch in Hamilton Ohio! They are amazing and have always have been so helpful with any problem I’ve had no matter how big or small!

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Only thing I have an issue with is there is only one ATM around and that is at Walmart. If there was others around it would be very helpful and convenient. But still 5 stars..

Having issues in the past with banks, after going through my divorce, this bank allowed me to open an account, when nobody else would and they made my life so much easier. I love love love this branch and the people here are so friendly and down to earth. I would highly recommend this bank to anybody for all their needs.

I love the bank I hate the location. I wish they had a drive up window and a drive thru ATM it's not always easy to go inside Walmart especially if you're handicap
