Do not make a mistake of coming to this Walgreens. Worst ever of any Walgreens I've ever been to of course it's in the city of Hamilton downtown. I had an appointment with LabCorp at 7:45 a.m. and the lady did not show up. I asked for assistance they said they could not help because she was behind locked doors. I knocked on the door again. No answer The technology to check in was not working either. Then I went back and asked for assistance, store manager named Kevin came out and said I need to just sit down and wait for whenever she may show up or may come out. I said I have a 7:45 a.m. appointment it is now 7:50 and I have to go to work in 15 minutes. He said he didn't care and just sit down and wait or he would call the police. Do not come to this store these people are idiots rude and self entitled.

Very rude cashier on 4/28/2021 at 3:40 although it is convenient I will drive the extra 15 minutes to Walmart . I own a small business and it is a 3 minute walk and we spend quite a bit of money there but that was my last visit The store on Main Street in Hamilton Ohio 45013

absolutely the WORST pharmacy ive had to deal with in 30 plus years. NEVER have my sons adhd meds in stock (every month) and make him wait at least a week to fill. they have written over existing rx and changed them. the MOST umprofession staff and is incompassionate. go ANYWHERE else but here. i will pay more every month to avoid them at all cost!!!!

Store is well maintained and staff is pleasant. Sad that they have to lock up detergent and stuff to keep it from being stolen!
