It was my first time there. I went with my friend and there was a girl that waited on us that was very very tall. She was extremely nice. Very professional. Knew everything she was supposed to know. Just a great experience even though I wasn't getting a phone. If I was I would go there and ask for her but the other staff were all professional and very good as well. Great experience. Keep up the good work

I talked to the manager at this store, he gave me details to transfer my data to the new phone...very knowledgeable and very nice!

Came in to buy a pixel 7 pro case, they talked me into buying 3 items to save 20 percent and when I got out to the car the 30 dollar charging block they got me to buy wasn't even in the box. And you can't call an individual Verizon store for some reason, so now I'm out 30 dollars. Thanks Verizon!

The rating is not for the reps at the store they were awesome and went the extra mile . The customer service from the fraud department is a whole other situation. After many tries to upload the documents with no luck , went in the store and they couldn't get them uploaded . After failing he called himself and the rep pretty much said that was the only way to submit the documents and there were no other options. So after a wee with Verizon it looks like it's off to AT&T

Worst experience ever will never go back to this store rep was so rude he was watching game on his phone all the time I was sitting there rather then talking to me he was interested in game basically he just want us to leave don't go there waste of time

Reps could not help me with any of my 3 questions, but only gave me an "800" Verizon HELP number to call. When I ask to speak with a manager my rep said he was a manager, but then the real manager stopped over and his nametag said "manager". My next stop that afternoon was Costco to possibly buy a new phone, but, no need! The salesman there said he has worked for Verizon, Sprint and AT&T, asked to try something with my phone and had it working within minutes. He then called Verizon cust serv and, after much prompting found a Verizon rep who knew what he was doing and resolved the second of my 3 questions. The customer service reps at the Main Street, Hamilton store are worse. Their response to my request for help....blank stares and the same useless phone number.
